The front desk personal is the face of your office people and that lady is so rude. We where new patients and we approached the front desk and she was on the phone. I think a profesional way to handle this scenario is to said "I will be right with you" but instead she multitasked in a very unprofessional way. Not even a good morning we received. Then, will we where waiting to be called to the back and there was a argument going on that escalated. Not a good experience for our first time. The doctor and nurse was nice but they really need to work on the reception area. Its just my opinion of the first impression.

I was disappointed by the service I received. They seemed to be focussed on how to get as much money from me as possible. They charged twice the "allowable" charge as my insurance would allow. I was brought in for a separate procedure that the doctor then said he could not do. He said they would refer me somewhere else and the referral was not done. When I called about it, I was given the run around.

Years ago I had went to a dermatologist and after 2 visits never went back. Just last fall I had the need to see one again.My family Doctor recommended Doctor Velazquez.He and his office staff are the greatest.The Doctor is very caring, takes time to listen, treats you with respect and Is very good at his job.I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a dermatologist.
