I had laser treatments and they were always late or either didnt have the machine in the office at the time of my appointment. I was driving from Warrenton to Sterling. So to compensate they gave me two free treatments. After the treatments I was prescribed some bleaching cream. They tried to sell me a small jar for $130 but I opted to use my insurance. Months later I tried to refill it. The prescription was written wrong and the pharmacy wouldnt refill it. I called in several times to explain it, never received a call back and they didnt return the pharmacists call either. Finally they tell me to come in to be seen(wanting more $$$). Mind you the prescription was good for a year and the year was not up. I explained several times it was for bleaching cream from my laser treatments and it was good for a year. The receptionist came on the line and was very rude and nasty. Needless to say she received a piece of my mind and I havent been back. Customer service goes a long way!

Very rude Doctor Reyna, seemed to be in a rush, took no more than 5 minutes regarding a keloid consultation. She recommended steroids injections, I felt like she had no patience on explaining procedure or possible outcome. I understand that with keloids is a 50/50 chance of getting a successful story but it seemed like she gave me no hope on it getting better or more of an attitude that she didnt care about it and like I was losing her time, specially when I asked for pricing. Usually every doctor Ive been to they call your insurance company to find out if it covers but she said I had to call my insurance and reschedule to start treatment, after being there for a "consultation" that took 5 min.

I have been to both the location in Ashburn and the one in Warrenton. They are like day and night. My impression of the Warrenton office was the same as many of the reviewers....they only care about making money and they are trying to get you out the door as quickly as possible. My husband also went in to have a large mole removed and they scarred his face permanently where the mole previously was. Not acceptable.

The physicians assistant (PA) Rana was the worst!! She walked in the room and didnt even introduce herself. I almost didnt come back after my experience with the "fast talking" Julie but thought Id give it another shot and now wished I hadnt. I have been a nurse for 20 year and know how important bedside matter is to patients. Clearly, Rana is new to the medical profession because she has NO bedside manner.

I have been seeing Rana now for several years now regarding my acne. She is very to the point and does not waste my time. My acne has been under control for at least a year and a half maybe longer. I also have had several lime light facials done to help with dark pigmentation on my skin, I was also very pleased with the results.

This office is terrible! If I could give a rating with zero stars I would. From patient coordination to the bedside manner of the PA Rana everything was terrible. Its clear this practice only cares about money and not their patients. PLEASE save yourself the frustration and choose a different practice!!

I had a procedure with Rana today, and she did everything she could to keep me calm and comfortable. I was really nervous and it ended up being a breeze; I really appreciated her kind bedside manner. Ive now been to this office 3 times, and Ive never had more than a 10 minute wait, if that.

I took my daughter there a few years ago for her molescum and a wart she had on her foot. They were awesome! They talked with us during the process and made my child very comfortable. It was a great experience during a very unpleasant time for her. I highly recommend them.

Horrible case of poison oak and they took me right in. Excellent all the way around. My itching has stopped and the marks are fading away! My father has gone to see them as well (the reason I chose them) and they have always been wonderful!

Theyre always running 30-45 minutes behind and the dermatologist, Rana, is beyond rude. They dont care about you at all here- only money. I could write an entire book about how much I hate this place. Dont ever go here, trust me.
