I never made it past the interview process on the phone ? ! The receptionist / secretary was highly snide and snotty toward me :( I acted almost docile and obsequious in trying to complete the appointment confirmation , but at the end despite having an appointment set up with Dr.Presser and staying calm She pulled the carpet from beneath me and literally in at gunpoint fashion wanted to know my general issue ? ! I have an exponential / highly complex Epidemiological and Musculo - Skeletal Gout like condition plus the inflammation of my skin which literally bleeds and causes my toes and feet to balloon up ? ! I only considered this office , because my Mother claimed how skilled , prompt and professional Dr. Presser happens to be . When I discussed this with my Mother She admitted that They acted very bizarre toward my Sister and basically interrogated , berated and made Her question if She really even needed to be there ?! Strong cannot see me until November 14th and I actually made the appointment early last month ??? !!! I had hoped my Cardiologists idea of seeing an independent provider might prove successful , however I wont stand for a person with obviously only a fraction of my 186 point Intelligence Quotient talking down to me like I am the apex " Dullard " of the last 2 Millennia !!! You dont ask for a persons symptoms and 5 seconds into their explanation rudely harass Them to " Do Or Die " offering a brief , however lacking description of the issue at hand ? To put it in Her terms ... " Give Me A Synopsis " . She gave me about 7 words before She said that and stated " I Have 2 People At The Window " !!! I thought that since it was near the end of the day I might reach someone ? Otherwise I could call back tomorrow or if She said She could not help me volunteer to do so ? I was congenial and compliant ( even with Her snide demeanor all the way until She pulled the last part :( There is no way I will ever go to this office !!! Not even if there is a Pandemic outbreak of flesh consuming bacteria on the prowl !!! I will give one star , but if I could give a fraction of one I seriously would !!! Eric P.S. I do hope She is most satisfied with Herself as She has no inkling that I have had this condition on and off for a year and a half ( mostly on the entire Summer onward :( ) I wake up - if I sleep at all - in excruciating pain treating my feet with 4 different foot creams almost hourly - sometimes less -every night ? ! I get so bad that I literally feel pain coursing through my physiology at an extreme where it literally travels from my toes , through my nerve endings to my spine , neck and finally into my cranium :( My apartment is a mess , I hardly eat , because just getting to my kitchen is often too much to bear . I am almost crippled most of the time and I have a person with no exceptional skill or empathy making it all that much worse :( Farewell and good riddance :(

Dr. Presser and Dr. Smith are very caring and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure going there. Dr. Presser discovered my skin cancer and now monitors me every year.
