Receptionist is VERY unprofessional. Waiting on a prescription to be filled via mail, only to find out the the mail pharmacy had contact JRD to renew the prescription a week ago. Called JRD to follow up only to find out I needed to make an appointment before they could renew the prescription. No one at JRD called to advise me of this. When I asked if I could make the appointment, the receptionist laughed (...?) and said the next available appointment was in October (Its now July 28). I went on to explain the JRD doctor had told us that if we ever had a flair up to call and we could get in immediately. The receptionist again laughed and told me something about someone being on maternity leave and I could try calling back to see if they had any cancellations.....Tone, attitude...LAUGHING.....I will not be going back to JRD.

In my opinion this visit was a waste of time and money. My 8 yo went in for a wart removed. They recommended a "beetle juice" procedure instead of freezing it off. They had all of my insurance info. Well the wart was not removed and the bill came to $170!!!!! The insurance only covered $17 because that is all it was worth. When I called they were not empathetic at all to adjust it to a more reasonable price. The doctor was pleasant but the billing dept and procedures are much to be desired.

Horizon Tax Accounting

The Doctor is nice, no problems there, The problems lie with the insurance billing department. They fail to do as they are supposed to and are still billing us for July 2014, when two insurances would have covered it. When I call, they say it has been filed. When I talk to my insurance company they say they havent seen it. When I go in face to face they promise it will be taken care of, 16 months into this and it has not been done. We will be getting a new dermatologist!!

Heard good things about Dr Regan but when I tried to schedule an appointment, they told me their policy is to pre-charge me $75 with the appointment. I asked why they wanted to collect $75 before rendering any services and they stated it was their office policy. I indicated I would find another office. They did not tell me this until I gave them all of my contact info so heads up dont waste your time giving it them unless you want to pay the $75 upfront.

The secretaries were very nice and Dr. Regan was polite and helpful. However, the nurse assisting Dr. Regan needs to find a new occupation. Extremely rude and unprofessional. After having a mole removed she hurriedly placed the adhesive part of the bandaid on my fresh cut then continued to scold me for not filling out paperwork correctly... stating that she "is not a psychic!" I will be looking for a new dermatology practice.

Dr Regan was very professional, knowledgeable, and put me at ease with her sense of humor. The office staff was very pleasant... as they ask for you to fill out paperwork ahead of time as to cut down on time doing it in the office. If people would pay attention and do this prior to visit...maybe they would not have a bad experience with the staff. Dr. Regan was thorough and made me comfortable... feeling I was in good hands!

I am up in the air on this place. It is sort of a "mill" IN and OUT fast but they are referring me to a nose surgeon for a cancer that is close to my brain, in a place where my skin is very thing, and over a major artery. My primary said get a second opinion. But, I dont think I was ever even seen by a Doctor. I think I just saw a nurse. I am skeptical about the surgery they are saying I need.
