They advised in August that had 5.00 due on my account from March, but to the small amount, the system wouldnt generate a statement and therefore I wouldnt be aware which is why they were calling and if I dont pay I would begin to get finance charges. At the time I was busy so I advised that I would call her back to make a payment. When I called back, they had already assessed the charge and told me there was nothing they can do since it was a 3rd party charge if the payment isnt made within 90 days of services. My issues isnt he money, its the notification. Just because the amount is too small to generate a statement, you could still manually generate a letter to notify of all fees and cost prior to them be assessed within a timely manner and not after the fact. The error was on them so a credit should have been presented, rather than an excuse to how many clients you have and the inability to contact each one of them. The only thing I will have in writing will be my receipt that Im waiting on. Who knows what may have happened if I forgot to call back any later than I did or had any disability that affected my memory or something? I guess they would have continued to allow my account to collect finance charges until the amount was significant enough to send me a statement full of trumped up charges they wouldnt be willing to remove?

I use to like this office until now, I was supposed to get a procedure done on March 1, 2017 but they called me the same day to tell me that they had to reschedule me because their machine is broken. So I waited two weeks for a phone call and I never heard from them so I called them and they told me the machine should be in on the March 14th. Well guess what? Today is March 20th and I still havent heard from them. I understand the machine being broken, things happen but in the professional world I should have gotten follow-up phone calls just to stay in touch with me at least saying we apologize the machine is still broken but we havent forgotten about you. Geesh I havent received not one phone call since the cancellation of my appointment on the 1st and as I stated above today is the 20th and still no phone call SMH so unprofessional. I am currently searching for a new office to start going to.

I was skeptical about coming to this place because of the reviews however I decided to give it a try because its so conveniently close to my house. I am so happy I decided to come here the nurse practitioner and assistants are so nice they treat you like family not like a patient! Thats like one of my must haves coming to a new medical facility. I feel super comfortable and open to speak about any and every question or concern. I havent met the doctor yet but Ive heard nothing but awesome things about him. Keep up the great work!

Tried to schedule an appt earlier here than the one I have in NN, and since Im moving out of state at the end of this month, the receptionist told me it was better to keep my appt at the other clinic instead because they would have to fill out paperwork etc. I just wanted to make sure my baby is okay before we move since I am pregnant. Lazy people here in VA, cant wait to move. Id give zero stars if that was an option.

Never go back there again. Jackie was very unprofessional. Couldnt understand what she was saying, Not helpful at all... all with an attitude. My physician assistant Jessica was good. Just first impression and overall experience was not impressed.
