WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. If you think there is any chance you may ever have to reschedule an appointment whether its an emergency or problem with scheduling then DONT go here, they do not care if things come up that you have NO control of. This office is incredibly rude. I had an appointment. But I had my work schedule changed unexpectedly, so I rescheduled. I could not control that situation so I did not think it would be a problem. Apparently it was. Today I was supposed to go in for my new appt but I am having some other medical issues and chose to reschedule. Again I do not have control over these issues that caused me to reschedule. Someone from this office called me and was very rude to me. She told me she left me 2 voice mails in January, and I got neither one but when I told her I did not receive them she rudely told me I was wrong. Then she proceeded to tell me that according to her I had rescheduled 3 times which was also not the case. And now I am not allowed to reschedule another appointment. I cant believe an office would actually refuse a patient. And do it in such an unprofessional and rude way. I told her I had no recollection of rescheduling THREE times but again I was rudely told that I was wrong. Well due to my bad impression of their rude service I wouldnt recommend them.

Every time I come to this office, I leave upset and needing a strong beverage. The ladies in the office are extremely rude. God forbid you should have to postpone an appointment, these women will treat you as if you are completely incompetent over the phone. Theyve changed my appointment times with no notice or permissions from me several times. Youre expected to show up 20 min before your scheduled appointment to fill out forms that they should already have filed (from every single visit youve ever had before). The wait time is insane. Im sitting in the waiting room while I complete this review. Ive been here for 50 minutes and still have not been seen. There has only been one person in the waiting room besides me. Shes been here longer. Leave yourself an open day if youre going to schedule an appointment here. You will not get out in a timely fashion.

I have never had a problem with this practice! I get there and am called back within 15 minutes! Dr. Gursky is professional and treats you like a person not just a patient. She remembers my husbands name and my daughters names and always asks about them! I have no problems with the people behind the desk either! If youre nice to them they are nice to you!
