Hands down the very best doctor. My baby was breech at 37 weeks so I came in for a version with Dr. Hoffman. She immediately detected very low fluids and an issue with my placenta, and informed my husband and I that shed need to get the baby out right away. I, of course, was going through a range of emotions, everything was happening so quickly and we were in no means prepared for what was happening. We werent quite expecting our baby so soon, and the thought of a c section left me with a tremendous amount of fear. Dr. Hoffman was so comforting and reassuring. She really helped to make us feel at ease, but theres one thing I will always remember, that made me realize just how amazing of a doctor and a person she really is. A nurse was holding my hand as the anesthesiologist was getting ready to administer my epidural in the OR. Dr. Hoffman stepped in and took over for the nurse. She held my hands and tried to calm my fears until the very end. Im sure this was no big deal to her, but it was a simple gesture that I will forever be grateful for and will always remember. It was the scariest moment of my life, and I will always remember the kindness she showed me.

I made an appointment via telephone and was told to come in the following week. I missed it due to a receptionist mixing up dates and also never receiving an automated message. The day before my appointment, I even called the office about an inquiry, and a receptionist didnt correct nor remind me that my appointment was actually the next day, as I was aware that it was within a few days. Granted, that is my fault to an extent that I did not check the date, therefore, would have myself call to clarify the appointment. Instead, the receptionist offered me to come in within a few months as I was a new patient. I declined the offer as she was little assistance after that mishap. Not only was I extremely disappointed, that is by far very unprofessional of the office to not give a notice. I am ONLY giving this location two stars because I later called another Mercy office and a receptionist assisted me with finding a new location. The person that had even referred me, told me she also did not receive an automated message reminder. That may or may not be the issue but either way, I do not expect to visit this location.

I dont usually write reviews because, who cares, right? I see Tracey Cox here who is amazing and I love her. There are two big problems this place has if you value your time and your bodily autonomy: 1. Because this practice is affiliated with a Catholic hospital (Mercy), you are only allowed to have birth control to treat other issues (like "heavy periods"). This may not matter to you, unless you want to have a copper IUD, which they will not give you because its only purpose is for birth control. 2. I have never once been seen within 30 minutes of my appointment time. I recognize that things happen. But Im here now, 33 minutes after my scheduled appointment and still havent seen my provider. If these things do not matter to you, this is an excellent practice. If making your own medical decisions and keeping your schedule matter, keep looking!

I think Dr. Hoffman is one of the best OB/GYN doctors around. She takes time to listen to your concerns and addresses them in a timely manner. My issue is getting an appointment that isnt six months from now. I wanted an appointment at the end of June only to be told that I can see her in mid August and this is April! If I were to leave Hoffman and Associates it would only be due to her schedule being so full. I know that Dr. Hoffman has a lot of pregnant patients but really wish she could just set aside two days per week for just her patients who need to be seen for annual visits etc.

Dr. Hoffman is a great doctor! She might seem tough at times, but its only because she is very knowledgeable, competent and a no nonsense doctor.I was induced and was in labor for 24 hours before I made any progress. She was very patient and gave my body the time that it needed. I managed to deliver my baby vaginally and avoid c-section. I end up going to this practice by mere chance, but now Im planning to stay with Hoffman & associates for life!

I love Dr. Hoffman and associates they are the most amazing doctors and women I ever met. They delivered both of my kids. I would suggest them to anyone. Between me and my sisters Dr. Hoffman and her associates have delivered 7 kids in my family. I can go on and on but if you want great OBGYN services go to them.

I have been seeing Dr. Hoffman for over 10 years. She has always been very kind and understanding with me. She saw me through periomenopause, menopause and now post menopause. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a doctor who listens well, is compassionate and knowlegeable!
