I was referred to Dr. Ricardo Scartascini by the first lady of my church a little over 20 years ago. This place is awesome, from the front desk customer service, to the nurses and every physician that I have had the pleasure of interacting with. I was on the subway to attend the Breast Cancer Walk and as we were talking about doctors (good and not so good) one of the ladies of my church asked me what GYN doctor did I have and I said proudly Dr. Ricardo Scartascini and this is no lie, about 10 other women on the train with me turned around and said "thats my doctor!" Lol!!!!! My experience with Dr. Scartascini has been and will be nothing short of excellent. I wish that every doctor could have the bedside manner and heart that he has. I have also seen Dr. Rogers who is excellent as well, I remember I hadnt gone to have a mammogram because I was scared to do so and he told me "dont let me have to come to your house and take you to the doctors myself," because breast cancer was personal to him and he wanted me and all women to have the knowledge about breast cancer so that we can live a long and health life! Dr. Ricardo delivered my daughters first son and Dr. Rogers delivered her second son!!! Maybe we need to let Dr. Vanessa deliver the third one, lol!!!!! But I give them such high ratings because you couldnt ask for a better bunch of caring individuals like you have with Dr. Ricardo and his staff. Congratulations on EXCELLENCE, and please dont ever retire!!!!!!

FINALLY - My search for a great GYN is over! Dr. Scartascini delivered me (can you believe it?) and now I see his daughter, Vanessa Crotzer, who works out of his practice. I really love everyone there - the entire staff from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors are professional, kind and understanding. Ive never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. Vanessa always makes me feel comfortable, and the one time I had to see Dr. Rogers - I felt comfortable with him even though Id never been to a male GYN before. I will never go anywhere else.

I used to love Vanessa and had an awesome experience every time I went. Now that it is Tiffany, I absolutely hate going there. She was rude, pushy, insulting and I have never had such a painful papsmear ever in my life and I have been getting one since I was 16. I am so disappointed Vanessa is no longer my OBGYN. Tiffany is terrible, I cant emphasize that enough.
