Horrible experience! My sister had an appointment a couple weeks ago where the Dr. told her she had a cyst, then left the room, never to return. I was unable to be with my sister at that appointment. I wish I could have gone because they never explained anything to her, they didnt even tell her where the cyst was(ovarian, vaginal, abdominal, etc.) Then, today we go back and the Dr. talked to me as if I was a child, was very interrupting and rude!!! My sister needed a procedure done and the Dr. said we will check to see if it is covered with your insurance. I informed the Dr. and other staff that they were supposed to have done that months ago and never called to tell us their findings! I dont think my sister should go here anymore. These arent the only issues we have had with them. Well, they got their HIPPA issues straightened out, at least with us. I personally wouldnt go to them if THEY paid ME!

I have seen both doctors at this office, and both left me with a feeling of discomfort and wouldnt answer my questions entirely. I went in the first couple times for a standard pap that came back with a few irregularities and was given the wrong prescription for the problem. The next time I went in it was for a biopsy, and they would not give me painkillers for the cramps...which I still have every month. Anytime I asked a question the answer was brief and hardly explained. I was also told a number of times to "look online." Will never go to this office again, and would not recommend it to anyone ever.

I have been going here for 3 years. I just had a baby with then 6-3-08. I was taken care of wonderfully. Everytime I call the office I recieve prompt helpful service. I felt they they treated me as if I were one of their family members. Everything was explained in detail to me and I have never felt rushed or hurried. I have recommended three fiends and they all now go there and are happy with their care. Of course I dont look forward to my yearly appointments but I curtainly do not dread it now. ps: the office staff is excellent as well

Dr. Livingstone delivered my brother, and my mom had a wonderful experience. She was an at-risk pregnancy because of her age, and the care they provided was excellent and reassuring, even when they had to take him a few weeks early. The only oops was they thought hed be a girl, but surprise, surprise, he was a healthy baby boy. I see Dr. Satorie, and shes fabulous! She explains everything clearly and answers all my questions. Her team is quick to return phone calls and very helpful in general. Definitely trust her with my womanly health.

My wife is expecting our first child, and the doctors wont tell her anything about the nonstress tests she takes or why the keep giving her BPP tests. This is the second failed one and my poor wife is frantic and its getting harder and harder to keep her calm for the sake of the baby. Shes 38 weeks and 2 days. Anything she says thats a concern to her gets disregarded. Probably the last time she uses this hospital, or the last baby we have. Time will tell.

I had my daughter there September 18th 2014. They are absolutely amazing. They truly made all my prenatal visits a great experience. I always felt welcomed and my care was wonderful. Mid wife Esther delivered my daughter and it was an amazing experience!! I would recommend anyone going there!! Which I will be going back soon because Im expecting another bundle of joy in December!!

I had recently talked to a billing associate about paying cash for my prenatal appointments. She was so helpful and nice. I did not feel judged at all for not being insured or having assistance. I look forward to meeting the staff at my appointment :)
