The doctor was very polite, welcoming, and professional. She seemed like she genuinely cared and made me feel slightly more comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. I needed to get my blood taken, though, and thats where things got bad. The nurse who drew my blood was an absolute NIGHTMARE. I already get severely anxious about having blood taken, but usually the nurses will make conversation or at least have a friendly demeanor about it. This one had a mean, pissed off look on her face as if someone had just given her the worst news in the world while she silently (but roughly) tied a rubber band around one arm, and then another, and then my wrist. I asked her about how long the process would take, and she said sternly, "until I fill up the tubes." Not exactly what I was looking for. I was about to ask her what the hell her problem was with me, but decided doing so right before she was about to stick a needle in my hand wasnt the best idea, so I kept silent, turned my head, and cried to myself the whole time. I havent cried over a needle since I was a kid because usually the nurse is conversing with me as a distraction, and I appreciate that. However, I just felt so unwelcome and even, dare I say, hated. I put one hand over my face while I cried silently until it was over, at which point I heard her mumble "hold this" (so I would hold the gauze pad on the spot while she got tape) and then, a second later, she repeated "HOLD THIS" in a snappy, angry, impatient tone. JUST for this nurse/receptionist, I would never, EVER recommend going here and I am certainly not going back again. I was SO uncomfortable because of that woman. I was told I need to go back in two days for another blood test, but Id rather go somewhere else and start the process all over than step back into there again.

My best friend recommended me to Dr. Talley. She was nice, and because it was the first time I ever went to an obgyn, Dr. Talley could plainly see I was very nervous and extremely uncomfortable. She calmed me down, walked me through everything, and told me before she did anything exactly what she was going to do. Dr. Talley was great, and very professional. I also was happy that she was very straight forward, and gets to the point. The staff was friendly, and I had no problems. The receptionist was nice and helped me through the paperwork even though she was very busy and getting a ton of calls. The nurse who took me in was great, and was very nice. The only issue I had was trying to figure out exactly where the office was considering the hospital is ridiculously huge.

I love Dr. Talleys office. The staff is very friendly, the nurse who draws blood is super patient (I usually pass out and vomit when she has to do blood work with me) and she is always so comforting and sweet about it. I love Dr. Talley because she is a very upfront person, she gets to the point and to the bottom of the issue. I am preparing to deliver my first baby, and I feel assured and comfortable that she will be with me through the process. She is a great doctor.

On my first visit, the doctor complained about another patient the entire visit. She did not ask if I had any issues or complaints. It was a very uncomfortable and unprofessional visit. It was only because there was some issues that I returned for treatment. I will not go back.

Long waits, doctor Talley seemed uninterested each visit, she had incorrect information, even though I clarified several times. Miscommunication regarding medications. Overall I stayed maybe 3 visits and switched doctors. Worst ob experience I auve ever had.

She listens and is very thorough. She will follow up with a personal phone call which many physicians do not do anymore. She genuinely cares about her patients.
