I am just in my second of six weeks of therapy. It was recommended by previous doctors that I take steroids along with a series of 3 shots in my back. I did not want to do that. I was told that physical therapy would not help me. My brother-in-law was taking therapy at King George Family Chiro. and suggested that I talk to Dr. Pallotti. Im happy that I did, and although Im only in my second week, I do believe that this will help me. I preferred this option much better than the temporary relief of pain with the shots! Dr. Pallotti is very knowledgeable and concerned about my condition and ways to improve my level of pain. I highly recommend this facility, whether youre having a problem now, or for preventive maintenance.

The office staff tried to charge me for services that I was not told I would be charged for. Before I left the office that day the Sean corrected the front desk staff and told them that I should not be charged. It is now about three months later and they just sent me a bill in the mail. It seems like no one in the office is empowered to fix anything except for the office manager, who will not be in for several days. I found that this professional manipulator and his staff push people into sales through suggestion in a way I find highly unfavorable. Charming, and like most too charming things, more deceptive and hurtful than full of the help they promise. Hold on to your wallet.

Great atmosphere with honest communication and realistic expectations. I went there mainly for my headaches that lasted 3 days (my wife urged me to go, I was skeptical but figured couldnt hurt), after a few months treatments my headaches are 80% less frequent and lasting only a little over a day or much less when they do happen.
