Karim A. My story is really tantalizing and very rooted one in chiropractic practice. I come from a family of so many uncles and aunts and grandparents who believed in the human body’s remarkable ability in curing itself if some good hands can give the right adjustments. My family never went to medical school Like Dr. Matt and yet Dr Matt believe the same way my family did then. I am a testament to that believe and it showing in my own case. I have gone to so many pain management clinics and I am one of the people who used MRI when it was just experimental and insurance companies refused to pay for it. But after all MRI and pain killers I have found in DR. Matt’s treatment to be the best for me. I am well and walking better because of his treatment through the years that I have been seeing him. It has been I think seven to nine years that I have been getting adjustments and they are working wonders for my case. Thank you Dr. Matt for believing in that human hands can do wonders.

Dr. Matt and Mandy are caring, patient, and AMAZING! I started seeing Dr. Matt because I was having migraines that lasted for days. My migraines were getting in the way of school, work, and my social life. I had been to a couple other healthcare professionals for the same issue, but no one took the time to find the root of the problem like Dr. Matt did. I have been going in for adjustments for about 2 months now and have only had 3 headaches! A dramatic change! Recently, I had a horrible migraine that was making me extremely nauseated and very sensitive to light and sound. I called Mandy and she fit me in that same day. As always Dr. Matt was patient and didnt make me feel rushed, even though he had a full waiting room. He did all he could to make sure I left his office in a better state. The next day Mandy called to see if I was feeling better. I couldnt be more appreciative of the care I have received at DiLorenzo Chiropractic. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Dr. Matt has been seeing me for over ten years and I cant imagine going to see anyone else...but I was forced to because I moved away. Seven years ago I left Leesburg and moved to Louisville (and then on to Indianapolis) and I saw 4 different chiropractors. Sometimes I run into people that are sceptical about chiropractic care and, frankly, 3 of the chiropractors I visited wouldve made me sceptical if I hadnt ever seen Dr. Matt. When I moved back to Leesburg three years ago, I didnt even consider trying someone else out and immediately started seeing him again. If I had moved to Bethesda, I would make the trip to Leesburg...he is that good. Hes so observant that there have been numerous times where I havent told him about a little ache and he locates it. Its not like Im trying to test him, he just thoroughly understands what he is doing. Incredibly insightfull, observant and a truly caring doctor.

Dr. Matt is supportive and knowledgeable about how the body and mind work together, and he consistently encourages me to reinforce that connection in my daily life. I started receiving regular chiropractic care from him about two years ago, shortly after my first child was born. In spite of the stressors of motherhood, a full-time college teaching career, and limited time for exercise, I have been able to maintain a fairly active lifestyle. Right now I am almost 39 weeks pregnant, and his adjustments keep me feeling balanced and strong, even as my body prepares itself for childbirth. Dr. Matt provides a welcome blend of physical adjustment, observation, and warm advice that enable me to stay on track with the needs of my body, my mind, and my heart!

Pam K My husband and I have been life long believers in the benefits of Chiropractic care. When we moved to the area 8 years ago we found Dr. Matt! We have been cared for in a way we have never experienced in all the places we have lived. My true testimonial is on March 22, 2012 when I was involved in a "minor" accident. I hit a driver ("T-Boned") in her passanger door and rear end, who turned suddenly in front of me. I was going 35mph, no time to break. The next day I felt like my body was split in half. I immediately called Dr. Matt and was given an appointment on the spot. He worked with me for 3 weeks and I am happy to say I feel like myself. Dr. Matt and Mandy are so friendly, patient, and professional! The personal touches, like offering childrens books and talking to my kids in the waiting room are refreshing. When I run late or have to reschedule, they are understanding. I have a knot where my left shoulder meets my neck where I hold most of my tension. It has challenged massage therapists for years, but after one adjustment it feels so much better! He gets to the root of the problem. And not only does Dr. DiLorenzo adjust my spine into alignment every time, but he offers great health tips for my own self-care at home to continue the benefits. I started seeing Dr. Matt after years of medication for back pain, a hospitalization and three steroid injections directly into my spine. I was only 32, but I walked slightly bent over and could not go a day without pain in my neck, back and legs. After just a few adjustments with Dr. Matt I started to see dramatic improvement. He not only adjusted me, but taught me some stretches and exercises to strengthen my body and help maintain my health. I thought that Dr. Matt would only help me with my back problems. I was referred to Dr. Matt with some doubt about anyone helping me with my chronic neck problems. I have been in the healthcare environment for decades. In short, Dr. Matt not only relieved a lot of the neck pain but other associated symptoms as well. Some days I dont even think of my neck! Dr. DiLorenzo is a magician. I have had lower back problems my entire life, and have been pain free since my first few adjustments with him. He takes a very detailed approach with his patients that I have not seen from other Chiropractors -- he treats the pain, but also is able to pinpoint and address specific life factors that attribute to the pain/issues. He cares about your well-being, not just about quickly treating the pain and sending you on your way. I would highly recommend Dr. DiLorenzo to anyone looking to improve how they feel!

I have been going to Dr. Matt DiLorenzo for over 7 years. He is very friendly and professional and has done wonders for my back. I initially visited him on the advice of a co-worker after I wrenched my back (one time from picking up an extension ladder and another time from picking up a kayak).
