I received a bill from your clinic for an outstanding balance of only $20.00. My issue is that there was only the name of the business listed, NO where on the letter was there a phone number, address, contact person, website, or any means to know what the exact location of your clinic is. This is completely unprofessional for any business to send out communications with no easy way to get in contact with someone to resolve the issue. I am sure that I am not the only person that finds this annoying and archaic in this day and age of advanced technology. Please consider re-vampling your correspondence forms to make them more "user friendly."

Patient time is not important. Went for 1st appointment on-time and with all documentation needed. Waited for 30 minutes before leaving. Told this is industry practice, blah, blah, blah. Wont be going back.
