I could not be happier with my experience at Dr.Dhams. The entire staff was friendly and personable and made me feel at ease despite not being in an optometrists office in over a decade. Dr.Dham was not only highly professional but, incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell she loves what she does. When it came time to pick out my contact options as well as glasses the Doctor put me in the hands of Chuck who was just as professional and caring. He understood picking glasses is not something that should be rushed. He suggested frames and allowed me to try on multiple different pairs to find the best fit and function for my lifestyle. After we had settled on frames and contacts several different price points were shown to me in a truly no pressure environment. Chuck went over the benefits of the various lenses and how it would benefit me. All in all it was the most pleasurable experience I have ever had in any doctors office ever.

I went to Dr. Dham right after Christmas because I wanted to renew my prescriptions before my healthcare spending ran out. She was able to get me in the last week before the new year and everything went very smoothly. Her office was very clean and professional and on time!! This is a big deal because I have been to much larger offices where you sit and wait for an hour to be seen. After my exam, she told me about the best ways I could get reimbursed because of my insurance. This was super helpful!

I was having headaches, dry eyes, and blurred vision. I finally had enough and went to see Dr. Dham. She fixed me right up. Who knew that it would take less than 30 minutes to cure months of headaches and my vision issues. She was very knowledgeable and entertaining at the same time. She will definitely bring a smile to your face. The office staff was quick with my check-in and paperwork. I was in and out before I knew it! The location is very convenient too.
