Wanted to see a real Dr. But instead got stuck with a seemingly very nice and caring PA. After sharing my problems with her she assured me that she would try to help me. I told her I had tried so many different types of OTC B12 with no results. After giving me my test results stating my B12 was low she sent an RX to my pharmacy. I was trying to be hopeful that maybe it was some Rx strength that might be better. I get my Rx and get home, open the bag and find an OTC bottle of Nature Made! You prescribed me an OTC medication that I already had in my cabinet! And my copay was more than the OTC price! Maybe a class on listening would be helpful to these people

I made an appointment with Dr Bowers on 12/29/2016 @11:30 am. Upon my arrival, the receptionist was rude and informed me that I never made the appointment. After calling the appropriate appointment line, they made my appointment for 12/28/2016 11:30am. Before you call someone a liar, make sure of your assumptions. She could had called the appointment line to confirm and would had find out that they made the appointment for YESTERDAY not today. I will no longer have anything to do with this office. Ever since they became INTERNIST the office had gone to a better word: crap!

Love my Dr. Bowers,but hate the merging with Internists of Churchland,and the new office building.Feels like walking into the DMV.Very blah esthetics,no place to sign in;every cubicle has a customer service rep on the phone.No one acknowledges you when you come in and wind up standing hoping someone will help you. The operations of the office needs restructuring bad.If not for my good doc, I"d be looking for a new one.

Friendly staff and not a long wait to. Very organized. Dr MacKinnon is kind, compassionate, with a great bedside manner. He listens to my questions and provides me with a professional answer. I cant say enough good things about all of the people at Internist of Churchland. Love you all...
