I was recommended to this office by someone who raved about how great Dr. Ali is. When I arrived at the office to check in, I was greeted by a lady who was having trouble using the computer. I couldnt get check in, their phone/internet systems were down. They also couldnt take my debit card for my co pay. Right off the bat it seemed very unprofessional. After an hour or so, they managed to get it all figured out and I was finally taken to patient room. Again, after an hour with only one patient ahead of me... I spoke to Dr. Ali who was very pleasant and caring. The problem isnt with him, but with his terrible staff. I was suppose to be given referral to an oral surgeon regarding a pretty important medical problem. The nurse told me they would set up the appointment and call me as soon as they scheduled one. I figured I would expect the call a few hours later... 2 days later, I felt like maybe they didnt get my phone number correctly, as the front office lady was very incompetent. Not trying to sound disrespectful to her, but have to be truthful with my review. After speaking to her on the phone, they said they needed more time to set up the appointment. I figured two days would be enough to do the paperwork or make a phone call, but whatever. Here I am two weeks later and still no appointment with the oral surgeon. Ive given up on this office and decided to make an appointment with a dentist who HOPEFULLY has competent staff that can give me the referral I need. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The staff are incompetent and seemingly dont even care. Edit: Update 10/6/2016 After the receptionist from the oral surgeons office contacted Dr. Alis office, they claim to have no knowledge of me ever being a patient or getting a referral from them.Thats funny, because I have an email from their office showing the summary of my visit and the referral they were suppose to set up. The person who handles the patient records, who I should name but wont, is clearly incompetent and unfit for her job. I have a mass on my gums that needed to be seen by an oral surgeon. Ive now been delayed by several weeks because of this person. And she doesnt even have the decency to admit her mistakes. Shameful. If you value your health and well-being, avoid this place like the plague.

After searching for a considerable time for a primary care physician, I chose Dr. Ali. I have seldom made a better choice. His approach to patient care should be an example to others in the medical profession. It is that of a teacher--which is appropriate considering his experience. He listens to each question and complaint, and then recommends treatment options--so you actually are "in charge" of your own healing. He advises which options are the best for you, not the best for anyone else. Dr. Ali has an engaging personality and you can trust him implicitly with your most sensitive medical data. It has been my experience that good Doctors surround themselves with an excellent support staff, and during my course of treatment, I have had occasion to interact with many of them. They reflect the thoughtful, patient centered atmosphere that Dr. Ali projects into his clinic. The communications I have had with the practice (prescription needs, referral needs) have been handled efficiently and promptly--adding to the pace at which healing occurs. I have been completely happy with the care that Dr. Ali and his staff have provided in the 6 months since I became his patient. The return to good health I never dared hope for is now within sight. Thanks to Dr. Ali and his staff at Noydeen Medical Group for their excellent care.

I was given a recommendation for this office from Conway hospital in June. The E.R. doctor raved about Dr. Noydeens bedside manner, and practice. I called to make an appointment and was told it would be July 20th. Fine, make it. The woman hemmed and hawed about 10:45 or 11:00, says finally 11 but be here 30 minutes early for paperwork or fill it out on the website. Well I arrived at 10:20 for my 11:00 appointment, to fill out said paperwork. Well they didnt have me in the system anywhere. The woman "checked" three times after I told her the complete conversation. Of course my name wasnt in the system because the very unprofessional woman answering the phone was apparently too stupid to actually put it in the system. So maybe you will get lucky and actually get seen, and maybe you wont. Good luck. In my opinion, the healthcare system in Arkansas needs work, I have been unable to find a primary care physicians office that can actually do a professional job of caring for the patients.

I absolutely love Dr. Ali! He listens to every issue and walks you through his suggested treatment. He gives you treatment options and will work with you to find the best one. He has worked with my crazy schedule so that I dont have to take off work. I cannot say enough good things about him! Dr. Alis office staff is also wonderful. They are all very personable and remember little details that make you feel like they really care about you as an individual. They are all very professional and helpful. The clinic is very clean and is being well maintained. The decor makes the office feel like its not a medical establishment. Even the triage area has a homey feel to it. Its very relaxing to have those little touches.

Dr. Ali is a breath of fresh air for the Faulkner County medical community. His extensive experience coupled with his approachable, empathetic nature guarantee a positive patient experience. He has gone above & beyond to help me with recent medical issues. Three days after my very first "new patient" appointment with Dr. Ali, I was unexpectedly admitted to the ER. The excruciating pain was overwhelming & the eventual diagnosis of a ruptured ovarian cyst was a bit scary. I will never forget Dr. Alis surprise visit to the ER just to check on me, the new patient of three days. His genuine concern & reassurance made all the difference. Dr. Ali has my vote for best primary care physician in Central Arkansas!

Dr Ali, has great bedside manners. His office just opened in June, computers ...well you all know, they can ruin your day. I read the bad reviews and they are not fair. You will not be disappointed in this wonderful doctor, he takes his time with you, he is compassionate, kind, happy, loves his job so much he goes to the hospital to check on you. I know several people that go to him now and he IS all that! I gave him 5 stars, and his office staff too. They cant help new technology fumbles! Professional...his front desk girl has the most professional attitude and grace, she could be a radio talk host or a governors representative. New office - new tech - spotless and very modern. Parking is fabulous!!

His staff is dedicated to making your visit as easy and relaxing as possible, great bedside manner. I would recommend this clinic to any member of my family and my friends.
