Wonderful experience! I just had my first appointment here. There are a couple mini malls on this short stretch of road, and unsure where the office was I called on my cell and the lady that answered the phone was prompt and helpful. When I entered I was greeted by a lady at the eyeglass desk, after telling her I had an appointment she directed me to proceed to the office at the back. I met with the receptionist, and she was exceptionally nice and outgoing. And everything was done so quickly, no sooner had I finished my insurance form then I was whisked to an exam room to complete the standard eye screening tests (glaucoma puff, etc...). Then I was escorted back to the waiting room, and after about 4 minutes the optometrist appeared and escorted me to have my vision tested. He proved to be just as jovial and good-natured as the receptionist, and set me at ease about asking questions or on requesting to have the different lens repeated while I decided on which was the sharpest. Finally, with my new lens prescription in hand I walked out to where the frames were on display. My insurance qualified me for any frames with colored stickers on their lenses, and there was a good selection to browse. I was left to look over and try out all the frames at my leisure. I picked out my favorite pair, and was told by the clerk that I would get called in a week to pick them up. Overall I was very satisfied.

This was the best experience I have had at any vision center. From check-in to picking out my new glasses, I was pleased my visit. Everyone was friendly, patient, and did a great job walking me through/explaining the paperwork, tests, and my vision benefits. My appointment started right on time and as soon as my preliminary tests were done Dr. Schleede was in to see me. She did a great job giving instructions during the eye exam, without making me feel rushed. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire examination. They have a great selection of frames and it didnt take me long to pick out exactly what I wanted. Al did a great job helping me pick out the lenses and features that were right for me, I even picked out a pair of prescription sunglasses. He is very knowledgeable about the products and his passion for his job shows. I was in and out within an hour. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and I will definitely return to this location in the future.

No one likes eye exams, but they are needed. I can honestly say this was the easiest, friendliest, most informative exam I have ever had. The staff are WONDERFUL, the Doctors are knowledgeable and were able to explain how my other medical problems are related to my eyes.

I receive my new glasses and I had a scratch across them. I told the woman at the desk and she said sorry I cant do nothing about that.
