I definitely give this group a 5 star rating! Very professional, very friendly, very clean, and helpful when you have a problem. I had a problem with a tooth and had to have it extracted. My dentist was not available so one of his partners took care of me. He has two partners and they are a married couple. I had Dr. Austin Westover. He was great! His dental assistants were great. They had a 3D X-ray machine that could get the sinus area and the tooth root area and could rule out a sinus infection. He numbed the area so well and then he warned me that he didnt like giving the 2nd shot behind the tooth....which scared me a little so I prepared myself for the pain and I didnt feel anything. This tooth was broken off in 2013 and at 8PM Dr. Neuman fixed it but warned me that the tooth was going to have to come out eventually. It did and Dr. Westover worked me in right away. Another tooth broke off over the weekend and he took care of that. Im leaning toward having them do implants instead of a bridge. I am not in a hurry for it because I have to save up! I have been very happy with all of the staff. Everyone is very friendly and they know who you are when you come in. Im still in the midst of implant work. I have had 3 of them put in and yesterday the impressions were taken. Im hoping to be finished next month. Thank goodness for the Care Credit offer to make payments on the big bill.

Went to Dr. Neuman for almost 8 years and I thought he was great until last year my crown fell off and could not reach him for 3 days. No emergency number. When I went in, I gave his assistant my crown which she dropped on floor and acted like she didnt. When she was getting up, I happen to turn around in chair and saw her kick the crown with her foot into hallway and pick it up. I was hoping she was going to clean it but unfortunately I ended up at doctors office for infection in my mouth. I admit I was stupid to let them finish the job but I wanted my tooth back in. When I called them and told what happen, they acting like they didnt care. Also wanting to charge $2050.00 to redo the crown. I went to another dentist and couldnt believe he wanting to take a good tooth out to a bridge on where the crown was. Never been back and I feel kinda back because I reallly liked dr. Neuman.

One of the best experiences Ive had at the dentist. Their office staff is very friendly and helpful. With a change in insurance and not going to the dentist in a while, I hadnt kept track of what dental insurance I had. I told them the wrong one and they took the time to find what insurance I had and the policy number and coverage for me. Super helpful! Dr. Westover also took more time than any other dentist Ive ever been to going over my x-rays and pictures. I learned more about my teeth than Ive ever known! The cleaning and fillings were quick and painless. The office is small and comfortable but very up to date with flat screen TVs in each room. The lobby seemed very welcoming to children with toys and games. I plan on bringing my young children in soon. I wont hesitate at all to have their first dental visit be with Dr. Westover. Over all, very happy with this practice!

I cant say enough about Dr. Westover. I suffer from extreme dental phobia from some very bad experiences to the point that a Dentist walks into the room, I start having a panic attack and burst into tears. Dr. Wester is the most kind and PATIENT man (his wife is awesome too btw) I have ever been do. No judgement at all, friendly, funny, and does what ever it takes to make me feel comfortable, to include sedation dentistry. He is so good though, that after I had to go back to get my perm. crowns, I didnt even need to be sedated, though I was still very on edge, but he got me through it with jokes and being very gentle. His staff is just as sweet as they can be as well. I have nothing bad to say, and so far Ive had two 4 hour sessions to correct years of neglect due to my fear, and am not afraid if I need more done.. (with sedation that is. LOL) Yes, a 5 star it is.

Our experience working with Dr. Westover was wonderful! My wife had extensive work that needed done, including ortho work to straighten her bottom teeth and Dr. Westovers strategy to resolve was both original to us and executed to perfection. We had gone to several dentists/orthos and heard varying solutions and all required varying timelines, but always years of braces and/or pulled teeth, etc. After meeting with Austin we were very impressed with both his knowledge base and strategy to address my wifes needs. Once we started the process, my wife immediately began to see results, and has a very happy smile today, after years of dissatisfaction with her teeth. As my wifes work has now concluded, we are extremely happy with our choice of Dr. Westover, and the timeline it happened in! I cant say enough about Austins talent for dentistry, best dentist in Winchester area!

Ive had horrible experiences from lock jaw to being thought of as merely a dollar sign; all of which has kept me from wanting to avoid dentists unless in emergency. Dr. Neumann and his staff has changed my mind completely. Dr. Neumann is hilarious, and he and his staff made me feel welcomed, comfortable and like a friend. Im so thankful to have been referred to his office. 2/24/17 - I am editing my original review due to the fact that Dr. Nuemann doesnt participate in all dental plans and his office doesnt tell you whether or not charges will be covered by your insurance, even though they could likely tell you immediately according to Aetna. Call your insurance company on your own before you make an appointment, otherwise you may be solely responsible for any charges. Lesson learned.

Best Dentistry in Winchester! Id needed some ortho work done and Dr Westover gave me the beautiful smile Id been wanting for YEARS, with a more affordable and efficient method than any other practices Id consulted with around town. The office staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. The whole environment was super relaxed and family friendly! There were a few times I had to bring my kids with me and they were made to feel comfortable with their favorite TV show in the room, and Dr. Westover was happy to answer all of my sons curious 2-yr-old questions. :) I couldnt recommend this practice more! Ive never been so happy and confident with my smile, and I got it faster than I ever could have hoped!

Dr. Neumann consistently pushed for unnecessary services, which I declined. The one time I accepted his recommendation to replace a fully functional silver cavity filling with composite against my intuition was a huge mistake. The composite filling failed, and Dr. Neumann refused to honor his work. He wanted to charge me to redo the filling; and further recommended a crown, which is a much more costly and invasive procedure for a simple cavity. I was also charged $133 for the 5 minutes office visit, and no service was performed. Do not trust this dentist, and always get another opinion. Would you trust a dentist incapable of performing a simple cavity filling and not honor his works?
