Dr. Ibanez and his staff at Charlottesville Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center provide the absolute best patient care and customer service compared to any other medical office I have been to. As soon as you walk into the office, you are greeted with sincere warmth, making you immediately feel at ease. This kindness and professionalism does not end there, as Dr. Ibanez and his assistants truly CARE for their patients from beginning to end. My young son had teeth extracted by Dr. Ibanez - something that can be quite anxiety producing for anyone, especially a small child. However, Dr. Ibanez put him at ease from the start, allowing the procedure to happen without unnecessary anxiety! From more simple procedures such as this, to any major oral/facial surgery, I trust my family to Dr. Ibanez completely. I cant recommend Charlottesville Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center enough!

Fabulous experience, great job! Dr. Hill makes the office. He is very personable, professional, and compassionate. Hard to find today in healthcare. Dr. Hill removed my daughters wisdom teeth this week. It was obvious from the first consult that he is well trained and is above and beyond the norm. After having a bad experience in Culpeper before we made it by the front desk this was a great change. Took time after the procedure to ensure she was doing well before sending her home. Dr. Hill personally called to check on my daughter. Its unfortunate that other doctors cant understand how impressive a simple phone call can be to patients and family. If anyone I know needs an oral surgeon I will always recommend Charlottesville Oral Surgery and Dr. Hill. Dad

I highly recommend Charlottesville Oral Surgery. I have had two great experiences with Dr Ibanez and his staff. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed, and I had a tooth extracted in preparation for a dental implant. We both cant get over how easy it was compared to what we were expecting. Dr Ibanez is very thorough. His calm demeanor and kind personality allow you to relax and feel confident that he has everything under control. Additionally, his office staff is friendly and very professional, Its obvious that Dr Ibanez has dedicated time and effort to making sure his practice runs smoothly. I cant say enough about how impressed I am with this practice.

I have extreme dental anxiety, but Carlos and his staff immediately put my mind at ease. This is the most professional, personable and amazing office! Everything they did -consult, emergency extraction and implant-was performed expertly and with much compassion. Plus, NOTHING ever hurt. Carlos took so much time to explain everything before and during the procedures. The staff also did a great job following up with my dental care Provider promptly and efficiently prior to my treatment. They are truly BEST in class and I highly recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery!!
