If there is such a thing as a dental artist, Dr. John-Roberts is an exemplary such practitioner. Ive been a patient since I was referred by a family member last year, and in that time, Ive had a cleaning/check-up and restoration of a dental implant. The doctor is sensitive, efficient, knowledgeable about modern dental procedures, and a perfectionist. She has inspired complete confidence in me. The hygienist and assistant attached to me are not just professionally attentive, but sincerely personable, and also sensitive to patient comfort. The other staff members seem equally vibrant. Efficiency, friendliness, intelligence--those traits are what Ive experienced from the office staff. Scheduling is flexible and patient load never seems to get bogged down. That is not an easy feat, but it IS an indication that someone in that office knows what theyre doing. From the office door to the dental chair and back to my car, my experiences are always positive.

I have had a fear of the dentist since I was a child. I have neglected my teeth for about 20 years. As a result I needed 2 root canals 3 extractions and somewhere in the teens for fillings. I went to another dentist in April 2016 and had a horrible experience; at this point I didnt want to return again and still had 1 root canal, 2 extractions, and all of the many fillings left!!!! Then I found Dr. Judi John-Roberts and in two visits knowing my fear she fixed me! I will be returning for a new crown, have her redo my previous crown the other dentist did not do a good job on, Invisalign, zoom whitening, and two implants!!! I love this dentist and their staff is just as fantastic! Thank you Dr. Roberts for showing me the dentist is not the monster under my bed!

I always feel like I am in very capable hands when I am having work done at this practice. The staff are all very friendly, upbeat and compassionate. Also, did I mention that they are very efficient, accommodating and knowledgeable? Dr. Judis work is very meticulous and I believe she just may be more fussy than myself! Her calming voice is very reassuring and her gentle hands are truly evident. I would highly recommend Amherst Dentistry to my family and friends. I had waited several years to get a cleaning in Buffalo due to the high cost. I got a coupon on Living Social deals, and admit that I was aprehensive about trying a new place that I had heard very little about. I was able to relax and watch TV while I got my teeth cleaned by Laura, and Dr. Alex was wonderful. I am thrilled to have tried Amherst Dental, and I will certainly be returning. Their pricing is reasonable, and they make everything very comfortable.

I had my appointment at Amherst Dentistry a few weeks ago and I had a wonderful experience. I didnt wait long before I was seen by the Dental Hygienist. She did and excellent job, with making me comfortable while she did my x rays and my cleaning, very thorough and gentle. This Dentistry in East Amherst NY is now my absolute favorite place to go to for dental work. You cannot beat the courteous staff and knowledgeable associates along with the professional atmosphere here. You will get a sense of teamwork here as everyone works together and does their best to accommodate you. This is not a typical dentistry and I encourage everyone here in Western New York to give this place a try!

By far, the best dentist Ive ever had! Kind , gentle and understanding, they do a lot to put you at ease (the televisions at every work station help!). The quality of their work is fantastic and Ive never been dissatisfied. They worked with me to cover the costs and linked me to service that helped finance some of my treatment. Great dentist experience. He really cares whether or not youre comfortable. Even though getting ones teeth drilled can never be described as being exactly fun, the doctor made sure to make it a good experience nonetheless. Also the place has a nice, inviting atmosphere.
