I am a Cancer survivor...I was referred to this office because my teeth are failing and need to be removed...I show up for my appointment 15 min early after waiting 1/2 hour past my scheduled appointment I let them know I could not wait any longer, the pain was too great..they said no wait were getting a room for you...Im on crutches, so I wait 10 more minutes...when they finally take me back they want to do xrays...I explained that was already done, I am a referal...They come back and say they did not get the referal...I am not happy at this point...I stated it was a waste, I called them to set the appointment, they knew I was a r eferal, they said they would have everything ready...They knew I am disabled...Then when I have the nerve to say this was not right, they retaliate and will not help me...The only other option I have us Seattle, When the office manager told me that I stated yes I am stuck...So she determined because I dared to complain I would be punished...The empathy and concern these people have shown me is beyond understanding... Her satisfaction in hurting me more shows just how wrong the office manager is. So if you have Cancer or are Disabled they will treat you like a 2nd class citizen...Another example of discrimination against someone on Medicade...

Never mind going to the dentist. The staff is very friendly and the dentist and assistants do excellent dental work. Another trip to Excel because of a chipped tooth. I was in and out in about 1/2 hr. Could not have been more pleased with the way I was cared for. My tooth is perfect. Another trip to the dentist. Of course I felt like I was someone special for all the care I received. Dr Jasmine and Debbie are the best. Very professional and caring. My crown fits perfectly. Another problem was brought to Dr Jasmine s attention and she was very efficient in telling me what I should do to correct the problem. Thanks for being so awesome.

Worst dental clinic I have ever visited. If you are not buying implants, your existing dental needs will be ignored. I scheduled four different appointments for a simple extraction, and at each visit, all I received was a sales pitch for implants. After each high pressure sales pitch, I was sent away and told to reschedule to have the extraction done. In the end, when I informed them I did not want any more sales pitches, and would appreciate it if they would simply remove the offending tooth, I was sent back to the front counter to reschedule yet again. I had the tooth removed elsewhere.

From the hygienist to the assistant and last , Dr. Jasmine . I was super satisfied with their welcoming myself and my daughter to the clinic. It was our first time there and felt very comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Jasmine gave me great news on what needed to be done for my teeth. I was very surprised at her suggestions; I had never been given options wether to get a crown or not. I left smiling with an answer to my problems... no crown and she saved me tons of money and pain!!

One of the best around. I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Jardine. I was nevous at first because he mentioned there was nerve crowding near my teeth. Thanks to his expertise everything came out fine and I was out and about the next day. After having my wisdom teeth removed I swithed to them for all my dental needs. The staff is friendly and do their best to provide a excellent experience. Its a great place to go, however book early because theyre very busy.

The service and staff were all great! Had a filling that was needing to be filled immediately and didnt know if they could help due to being a new patient. They said no problem..just come in and we will take care of you. That is exactly what they did! My tooth was filled during my first visit. And their prices are more competitive than the other local dental clinics. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for good dental clinic and a caring staff.

I was skeptical at first, but Jasmine and Amie are really good. They have been flexible and understanding of my needs/financial restrictions. I could only afford part of what they offered at the time and after they did the part that I could afford, I cant wait to get the rest of the work done by them because I know other dentists just arent as good and wont do as good a job. The work they have done thus far is exceptional.

Excel Dental did an amazing Job. They were super flexible with my schedule and took me in when it was an emergency. The Doctor did a great job on my tooth and was very patient when it came to sensitivity with my teeth. When it comes to dental treatment, i know they will got the job done easy and fast! Everyone is super friendly and great customer service. I would highly recommend Excel Dental.

I had a couple really bad teeth that were painful beyond belief not only did they see me right away, they handled the problem the very next day. I hate dentists more than anything in this world, and the dentists there made me feel peaceful and relaxed. Im never going anywhere else again. Took me 40 years to find them and now I will never let them go!!!! <3!!!!!!

I needed to have a tooth pulled. Was very hard finding one who took Washington Apple. I had been in pain for 10 days. I called them, I was in and out of the office within 3 hours of my calling them. Staff was great!! I was treated with excellent care!!! If your looking for a great dentist, look no more. This is the place to go!!

Still at the office and things not going very well. We arrived 30 min early and they are 20 min late. We are taken back only to be told they dont have the x-rays. So the month we waited for the appointment and the 50 min we sat in there office was not enough time to get some x-rays? My time is worth something too. Get it together.

I just had dental implants done at Excel Dental, After years of dental problems I solved everything by having implants done. Excel Dental and their staff were great. The results are fantastic, my smile looks like it did when I was twenty. If you are having dental problems go see the people at Excel Dental. You will not regret it.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I had my lower wisdom teeth removed on February 25th and I was so nervous but the doctor and the staff were friendly and made every effort to make sure I was comfortable. They were quick and I had minimal swelling and almost no pain after. Thank you! I will definitely come back!

The desk clerks dont communicate well with the medical staff. They play games with insurance billing. (I have the second-biggest insurance carrier in the country. Whats their excuse for not knowing the negotiated in-network rates?) Its a shame because the medical staff are awesome. They seem skilled and knowledgeable

I had a crown popped off. They fit me into their schedule quickly, were very kind courteous, and did a great job at resetting it. They took the time to be sure it was right and that I was comfortable with it. I have found them to be consistently good in customer service, quality of service, I recommend them highly.
