This office was unwilling to work with our developmentally delayed daughter, all she needed was a smile and someone who could see that she was frightened and needed some extra coaxing. Instead we got a lecture, hands thrown back in exasperation and another appointment cancelled after many frustrating months of trying different dentists to have her cavities filled. Were just trying our best to keep her healthy, and instead are treated as if our daughter is willfully disobedient and we are degenerate, uncooperative parents. I do not recommend this clinic for parents expecting a dentist whos willing to try a little harder. Now were STILL stuck trying to give her a positive dental experience, and all shes learned is that if she cries she can leave after the dentist yells at her daddy. Thanks....

After several dentists told me that my daughter (who is developmentally delayed) would have to be put under just to have a filling, I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Dr. Shins name on a list of pediatric dentists who specialize in children with special needs. What an amazing experience for my daughter and myself... He was the fun, caring, and sensitive dentist that my daughter needed. He was willing to take time with my daughter to alleviate her fears, and give her a good dental experience, whereas others wouldnt even try. I will recommend him to everyone I know. Worth the drive from puyallup! Thank you Dr. Shin!

Great atmosphere for my family of six. Every one from the receptionist to the doc were kind and professional. My 7 yr old did great as well as my 3 and 4 yr olds. My fifteen month old had a blast in there too. I never thought that I would say it but I think my kids are looking forward to their next visit...

I was in the waiting area watching other people who got there after me and my kids be taken back . I asked if it would be much longer and was told should be to much longer...30 minutes later. They finally called my kids back...i will be looking for another dentist. Do yourself a favor and dont go here

I work for a dental office but feel more comfortable bringing my kids to a place that is specialized for children. I think this place does excellent work and I love what they do for the community! I recommend this place to anyone one of my friends!
