I did my due diligence and got a quote for some dental work for my wife and myself. The treatment itself was great (Dr. Orgad, who no longer works there..); we paid and went home satisfied. A month later, we got an "adjustment bill" for another 100$ over the original quote. All attempts to reach them by phone get to a message. Unable to speak to anyone there, we finally paid - but deal with them at your own risk. * Update: After my final attempt to reach them, I got a call back (and later an email) from the new office manager, Amanda. She apologized for the extra charges claiming they overestimated what my insurance (UDP, which should be common enough) would reimburse them. Nothing more than that, but at least it didnt feel like TOTAL robbery - so I upgraded to 2 stars.

I went to Gentle Dental at the end of July and saw Dr. Fletcher in the morning for an exam. During the exam I could tell that Dr. Fletcher was either drunk or hangover as I could smell it coming from him and by the way he acted. During my time with him he seemed to over compensate for his condition by being extra talkative and he was very awkward and forced. I work in the restaurant industry and I know how drunk people are. I am sure that Dr. Fletcher was intoxicated that day. Please do not go to Gentle Dental - there are many better dentists in the area!

I told the staff on my first appointment that I only wear Prada sunglasses. (after she handed me some sunglasses to shield eyes from the overhead lights). The next time I came in someone had written "Prada" on a small piece of paper and taped in to the inside of one of the arms. I laughed out loud! I like their sense of humor here, in addition to great service for all of our family members.

Dr. Bell has done a wonderful job since I have been going to see him for the past year. He fixed badly chipped front tooth and now it looks perfect. The staff is very friendly and made sure to explain everything. Highly recommend.
