I was referred here by 1-800-Dentist. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment. I live 25 miles away from their offices and had a 7:00am appointment. I got stuck in unexpected traffic and called them at 7:05am to inform them I was almost there (literally right around the corner). The receptionist was extremely rude and condescending informing me they would refuse to take my daughter in. I pleaded with her telling her I took the morning off of work and my daughter REALLY needed to see a dentist. She was not understanding what so ever and said she was willing to lose a new patient over this. I will not be coming back and I will tell my friends and family about this. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My family and myself have gone to Dr. Pearce for many years. We are very happy with all dental work we have received. He was very gentle and patient with my children when they had to have their first fillings done and they were nervous. He was able to give them an injection and they didnt even know! We have never have had any issues with the staff, our dental care or billing of our dental insurance at his office.

Hands down, the best dentist I have ever had. If you are scared of dentists (like I am) I would highly recommend Dr Pearce! The guy is awesome :) Sadly, had to move away from Seattle...
