Worst patient-care ever... I would give a zero if possible. My family of 5 have been going there for over 10 years...until Dr Hsiu left and Stephanie Hamamoto took over. We paid in full for ortho services for 2 children, which Dr Hamamoto promised to take over when Dr. H. left. We were asked to get full head xrays for my 2 girls again, which i pulled them out of school for. At our 11:15am appt. on Saturday, we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for Dr. Hamamoto to tell us she isnt capable of continuing ortho treatment on the 2 girls and that "you paid Dr Hsiu, you didnt PAY me!" Not only was it unprofessional for her to say that, but she was so disrespectful in the fact that a simple phone call could have alleviated the 1&1/2 hour wait for no service! Instead, we waited and waited, while other patients that came after us went first, and it finally took my inquiry to finally be addressed!! prepaid in full ortho services not honored by Dr Hamamoto taking over another Drs office.... no courtesy of a phone call to tell us she wasnt capable of performing ortho, sent us to get another set of xrays even though she couldnt do anything, didnt even call us to consult w/ us of her lack of ability to perform services, snide remark about how I paid PRIOR Dr, not her (even though she was supposed to continue his care). end result= removal of all 5 family members from this poor customer service and disrespectul "provider." Cant wait to transfer my care to a more competent provider. 10 years of coming here proved to be "all about the provider." Once Dr Hamamoto took over, it all went to hell..... I recommed any other office but this one and agree with prior person writing review.... ZERO if possible. You guys couldnt live up to prior providers standards... you should be embarassed and ashamed of your so called "clinic. Not even an apology from Dr Hamamoto... no surprise.

Ive been seeing Dr. Hamamoto and her friendly staff for 2 years now. Recently I received a text message reminder in regards to an upcoming appointment that I have. The text message reminder gave me options to cancel, confirm or reschedule the appointment. I thought that was very convenient because prior to that i would have a staff member leave me a long voicemail...i just dont enjoy checking voicemails. In addition to the text message feature, i like that they have been upgrading their technology in their office to keep their dental office up to date and competitive. The staff members are always friendly and Dr. Hamamoto and Dr. Yamaguchi always seem to stop in my chair to say hello, even if it is just for a cleaning. They seem to really care about their patients from observing our interactions and conversations. I love that they operate on Saturdays as well since it is difficult for me to take work off throughout the week. Thanks Hamamoto Dentistry!

Went here for several years, then suddenly in the last year Dr. Hamamoto changed out her entire staff, I really did not see a single person in my last visit that had been here before. This new staff is frankly just awful, Not friendly at all. The gal cleaning my teeth made no attempt to be friendly, she did tell me how to floss better but there was no rapport or friendliness whatsoever. When I inquired about sedation dentistry that I had in the past they said because of other patients lack of compliance they were now charging $150 extra fee for it, even to patients who had always complied with the instructions in the past. Every crown I have done by Dr. Hamamoto has problems. Poor customer service, poor quality dental work. Dr. Hamamoto has always been rude when the subject of insurance coverage comes up, really weird and unprofessional. Go elsewhere.

I started seeing Dr. Hamamoto within the past couple months and I am very happy with my experiences. All of the staff have been very friendly, they know me by name, make sure each visit is a good one and that Im comfortable and at ease. They put great care into how your teeth look, and really emphasize quality. In one case, the lab didnt get my crown right, and they didnt want to set it as it looked wrong in my mouth. The office Manager (thank you Margie) got on the phone right away and was very clear what she expected them to do to make it right and by when. The result, a great crown which fits well and looks great! Thank you Dr. Hamamoto, Margie, Laura, Candace, Angela and Tatyana! And everyone else I havent met yet

Always a pleasure whenever I see Margie and the ladies at Hamamoto Denistry. I had a teeth cleaning exam today and Sarah did an excellent job and being that this was my first time with Sarah she made me feel comfortable and answered the two questions I had about my teeth. Dr Hamamoto did a quick teeth exam and as usual was a pro. Margie is wonderful as usual and asked how my wife was doing and to say hi (my wife is a patient here also). Great staff, great job they perform with me and my wife. I highly and strongly would recommend Hamamoto Denistry with a 5 star rating. Dan in Bothell

I would completely recommend office! The staff was super friendly and really attentive! The atmosphere was great but that wasnt the bet part. Sometimes, I dont completely understand when a dentist is explaining whats going on with my teeth. But the staff had a great way of breaking it down and taking time to really explain every detail. Also, while I was there, they had a little kid in the chair across the room. He seemed pretty nervous but the women with him was so gental and took it at his pace. I totally appreciate that! I would recommend this place to everyone!!!

Top notch, very professional, with a personal touch. I love the digital X-rays, way lower dose and instant pictures. Quick scheduling, prompt billing of my insurance and my co-pay was even less than I expected. I had 4 fillings replaced, and a deep cleaning, and it all went perfectly. We just moved to Bothell, so I am going to be taking my whole family here from now on. Dr. Hamamoto and Dr. Yamaguchi are the best.

This place is great! The staff was really friendly and informative. I loved the digital x-rays because I just feel like in the past that portion always took a long time and it was super quick this time. The doctors were efficient, professional, and fun! That is a major plus since going to the dentist is not usually fun. I definitely recommend this place 100%

If I could Id give a minus rating!!! In August I paid off my bill to Dr Hsiu. It took me two years to pay off over $6,000 and in the interim I went without dental care (luckily I had no problems) because I was told I had to pay the last $2,500.00 before Dr. Hamamoto would see me. I could believe what I was hearing. So I got it paid now they can kma!

Im so pleased with whole experience. I referred my son and will bring my daughter in soon. ---------- Dr. Hamamoto as well as her staff is very thorough and friendly. They made me feel confident in choosing them to do my dental work. Only issue is that dental work is extremely expensive. Thank you!!!
