Im SO glad i found CooleySmiles! This is THE BEST dentist I have been ever been to! They really know how to go above and beyond with their patient care. From the moment I walked in the office, I knew I was in good hands. As soon as i opened the door, I was greeted with a big, warm, and welcoming smile from the receptionist. I checked in, and before I could even sit down, the hygienist was already standing at the door calling my name. Talk about being prepared! She gave me a short tour of the office.....they even have a snack bar and espresso machine for patients! Mochas for the road before or after appointments?! Yes please! Ive never enjoyed going to the dentist, but during the entire appointment, I felt so comfortable and so at ease. They walk you through EVERY step, and really take the time to explain everything to you so you understand what all those numbers and dental jargon that they read off actually means. After my exam and cleaning, I met with the other front office girl, and she actually explained all of my insurance benefits to me! Ive never had someone sit down with me and tell me all the details of my plan and coverage. She also gave me an estimate of all the treatment I need, what insurance will cover, and what my costs will be. Everyone in this office is so thorough, and they make sure you dont leave without all of your questions being answered. I almost felt like family by the time I left because they are all so friendly, and i feel like they actually care about me and my health! Rachael even sent me a follow up email to make sure I didnt have any other questions that I might have forgotten when i was there. Dr Isra and her staff are absolutely amazing, and I am so glad they are right here in Kenmore! Thank you Cooley Smiles, I finally found my forever dentist!

Not your traditional Dental experience. What a Beautiful Office! Greeted by Wonderful, Warm, knowledgeable and inviting staff. Family friendly environment. Up to date technology. Parrafin Hand Dip- makes you feel like you are in a Spa treatment. Ive been seen by all 3 Talented Dentists, whom I have confidence in providing my dental care needs for myself and my entire family & friends. Dr. Aaron is wonderful - great family guy, very professional, and cares about his patients and his work. Dr. Brandon has his way with patients through his amazing people skills - you wont leave without sharing in a laugh with that guy. He goes above and beyond and assures that the patient experience is memorable and you are 100% satisfied with your visit! Dr. Isra is very professional and has this calming spirit that makes you feel completely comfortable and eases your anxiety. Her follow through with patients was top notch and made me feel as though I was more than just a patient. I would recommend this office to anyone- all ages. Go experience it for yourself and see.... you wont be disappointed!

I am very pleased with Cooley Smiles in Kenmore! I recently had to change dentists due to moving. The two times Ive been in so far for a cleaning and fillings have been great! They greeted me by name when Ive only been in once prior, and they bring me back to get started promptly at the time of my appointment! My dentist and the other staff were very efficient with getting me in and out in an efficient manner and not wasting any time! They answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable many times throughout both of my visits. They also followed up with me from my 3 fillings to make sure everything was going ok, which I was appreciative of. Ive never been to such an efficient and friendly dentist before! The only "complaint" I would have is how they arent open very late in the evenings, and not open weekends. Its hard for me and my work schedule to come in the mornings as I work early to later in the evening, but I understand it is what it is. Still highly recommend Cooley Smiles in Kenmore!

The team staff at this office is beyond the best of the best in all aspects of a dental office. Any fears or concerns melted away as I was greeted by friendly smiling staff. The atmosphere was warm & caring. My first experience was with Dr. Brandon a couple years ago during a front tooth crisis in which his expert knowledge made it better & saved my embarrassment. Recently, I was introduced to Dr. Isra, with her softness & awesome ability for fixing teeth concerns & her thoughtful follow-up call on my way home. My office team staff included office manager, Bridget, along with Christina, Sheena, & Katie who made my experiences "off the chart" with caring attitudes, friendliness, & making my dental experience as awesome as it could be. I saw the loving & kind-hearted interactions with children, teenagers, adults . I am recommending "Cooley Smiles", Kenmore Dental office to everyone near & far...Their modern technology & equipment is amazing for doing magnificent work. Thank you all.

Amazing office, office staff and even better hygienist!! I had my first appointment here last week and couldnt be happier. When I first walked in to the immaculate and well put together office I was immediately greeted by friendly and welcoming office staff. I arrived early so I sat and enjoyed some sportscenter in their very comfortable waiting area. My hygienist was Rachael and she greeted me with a wonderful smile and led me back to the operatory. I was impressed by their state of the art equipment and even more impressed by Rachaels attention to detail and how gentle she was when treating me. Dr. Brandon was delightful and took great care with my check up. I left feeling rejuvenated with a bright white smile and a pep in my step. I will be coming to the Kenmore office for all of my future dental work and would recommend the staff, doctors, and facilities to anyone who asks. Thank you Rachael and Dr. Brandon!

Heres the deal... I have (had) severe dental anxiety. Ie: I needed medication and gas before going in for even a cleaning. My first couple of visits I was so nervous, and literally everyone at Cooley made me feel like I wasnt crazy! Dr. Isra was patient, she took her time with me, showed me photos of everything she was doing and talked me through everything. I have now been to the office four times this year and the last time I went I didnt take any meds OR gas!!! You guys... it was amazing to feel like I looked forward to seeing everyone at the office and had zero anxiety during my entire visit. Dr Isra and her team at kenmore Cooley not only helped me manage my anxiety, but they were so kind and understanding... and I havent felt this confident about my smile -- ever. I am so glad I was referred here. Everything from the people to the dental work was 5 stars. So glad to be a client here!

I have entrusted my dental care with Cooley Smiles for five years now. Originally making the trek from Bothell to Factoria, the new Kenmore location has proven to me and my family as more than just a convenience in the drive. The new office and some of the new staff (Dr. Isra) go above the modern dental expectations in regards to treatment, patient care, and overall satisfaction. The staff here have exemplified to each member of my family that they take pride in their work and love what they do. The technology appears to be top of the line as well. Like most people, I do not look forward to having someone tell me everything I already know I dont do to take care of my teeth. However, the hand-dip into the wax, the relaxing atmosphere, and the offices cleanliness continues to give me the confidence and assurance that my treatment will be held at the same standard.
