You decide. They use Physicians Assistants who diagnose people incorrectly, and as a result, force you to return, sometimes 2 or 3 times, all while they are enjoying profiting off of your additional co-payments. They stopped using cash, so if you need your meds and are cash only, youre gonna have to use another pharmacy. Keep in mind that many of their plans are not accepted by outside pharmacies, and they probably made it this way on purpose. They are visibly inconvenienced when you dont use your group number when calling or going in for services. Their scheduling is horrible. Dont plan on being able to get into a your own physician, or a specialist for months. Then they will attempt to refer you to a Physicians Assistant in place of an MD, and then expect to get ripped off for multiple co-payments, as I stated above. If you are pregnant, plan on being sent to a Group Health facility 30 miles away from where you live, and expect them to refuse to pay for you to see a local non-Group Health physician that uses the local non-Group Health hospital where you reside. The doctors they have are mostly mediocre, but they do have one or two good ones. Pity that they arent working for someone else. The Urgent Care nurses at this facility often minimize the urgency of situations, skirt needed treatments, and only do what is minimally necessary. They have decided that the childrens play areas are not aesthetically pleasing to their decor, so they have decided to remove those. Take your ticket at the pharmacy and expect to wait about 1-2 hours total in the lobby, eventually get called up, and then told to sit back down and wait another hour while your prescription is filled. Have a note written on your account, and have to explain to each and every representative that same note that they should have checked, when you came in for treatment. Fyi, were going to be getting rid of them.

I am so dissatisfied with Group Health. The closest location to my house to fill prescriptions on evening weekends is over 30 miles away from my house. Yesterday after spending the afternoon at the walk in clinic in Mill Creek for treatment of a migraine, my doctor wanted to fill a prescription in case my headache got worse during the night. The closest location to fill the prescription was the Rite Aid in Marysville, over 30 miles from my house. Does that seem appropriate that my only choice is to either pay for the medication out of pocket or drive 30 miles with a migraine? Group Health needs to offer better pharmacy solutions that that. Also, when I called customer service to ask for assistance in order to locate a phone number for the Everett GH pharmacy, the customer service person couldnt locate the phone number and told me to look on the website! Extremely disappointing.

I have been going to the Bellevue medical center group health for a few years now. I was so disappointed in their doctors lack of knowlage and huge waits to see doctors. I was happy to be transferring to the Everett location when I moved out of Bellevue to Arlington. Well they turned out to be the same. Waiting a month or more to see a new pt. therapist for an injury I was seen for in Bellevue. To than go backwards in my progress in my recovery. I also wait 2 hours to pick up a refill proscription!!!!! the worst are their scheduling team. I called to get an appointment to see a obgyn due to sever pain. They have no medical background so they told me I would have to wait 3 weeks to get in. I ended up in the emergency room at providence hospital in emergency surgery. I was bleeding internally and i Almost died!!!!!! So now I call group health. Group death!!

FYI: The coffee here is terrible: they dont use enough grounds and they do not tamp it properly. Ive had worse, but this one is consistently poor and has terrible hours. As for the facility itself, its ok. The waits are not terrible, the parking is good (Ive never had to fight for a parking spot), but it feels like it wants/needs more room and is not getting any real care/funding from Group Health. Theyve discontinued the walk-in urgent care at this facility. The nearest ones are now: Cap Hill or Bellevue. (Or a Bartell Drugs location in U Village or Ballard) So yeah, if youre in the north end youve got a 45+ minute plus drive to find Urgent Care.

The prescription Doctor Authorization process needs a major revamping. I have a long drive and I have to make multiple trips at 30+ miles each time. It takes multiple days to get pain meds and Ive needed to wait several days because the paperwork hard copy is IN THE MAIL !!!!! GH needs to do better than a snail mail system !!!! Christ, I can purchase a $500k house with electronic signatures, legal across the whole Country, but a GHC Doctor in the local area cannot use an electronic signature so a patient can get reasonable service, care, and the pain meds needed ? !! Common GHC, you can do better than the dark ages... !!!

I cant describe the amount of hatred I have for this place and the pharmacy. It shouldnt take almost an hour after I got there to get my prescription ready especially with as many people as they have working there. They need to get with it & come up with some new systems. Unfortunately I had to switch insurance companies & start going here. My old pharmacy would text me when my rx was ready & I could be in & out in less than 10 minutes. Update the technology please. I know a lot of elders go here but still. My grandmother is 80 some years old & she texts & goes on Facebook. Get it together grouphealth

Very helpful and very knowledgeable! had me in and out in NO TIME! The lady complaining about "PAs" being under qualified is dumb. The MD wont let a PA work outside there scope of practice. They are not hussling people for money or trying to take up your time. SOME people just need to understand they are not the center of the universe and that sometimes there are delays. And its called PRACTICING medicine for a reason. People will makes diagnoses mistakes! IT happens all the time, get off your high horse and go to a private practice if you want to feel like the only patient in the building

I liked the Dr but he prescribed my son insulin because he is a type 1 diabetic and group health insurance wont pay for it. They said it could be a couple weeks to sort it out. Um my sons life depends on it and they are doing nothing. I had to take him into childrens Bellevue to get insulin so he doesnt end up hospitalized which again group health probably would not pay the claim on. Very disgusted. This is a life and insurance companies are playing on it. Im sick of it. Especially group health. They have no problem taking the money but cant pay even when a life depends on it.

Had mailed receipts, on multiple occasions, to get a refund of glasses from an out of network provider. I had gotten glasses from the same location a couple years back with the refund issued. We had called and confirmed the day we got the glasses that they were covered. After many, many hours of fighting with them we finally got the refunds. Still waiting for the second set of refunds. Only reason they complied is they apparently listened to the recorded call of the employee that told us we were covered. This situation wasted 6-8 hours of my time to get rectified.
