I wanted to try T C Charlton sunglasses. On their site Optic Gallery was one of the local carriers for this brand so I called to find out if they actually had sunglasses I can try on. First of all, the lady who answered the phone didnt sound too friendly. She sounded abrupt and not willing to help much. When I asked her if they had TC Charlton sunglasses, she said they didnt have a whole lot but had some I can try on. So I made the trip down there. When I walked in two ladies were there, one older, one younger. By the way they acted, I can safely assume I might have talked to the older lady on the phone as she didnt seem friendly. Younger lady offered if I needed help. She was nice. So I told her. Turns out they didnt have any of that brands sunglasses at all, only the reading glasses!!! Huge difference!! Bottom line is this. Their unprofessionalism completely wasted my time going all the way down there and their attitude was so off putting, I would never do business w them. Ive been going to Dr. James Simmons in Tukwila for many years and the doctor and their staff are absolutely the best. I personally dont understand why some businesses arent careful of who they put up front to deal w clients. They represent your company and they are the face of your brand. I would never have people like this for my business.

After checking out several optical stores I chose Optic Gallery because the seemed to be very professional. I have a very unusual prescription that they said would take one week to have made and get back. Lens Crafters on the other hand could have had them done the next day. It has now been over two weeks and I still dont have my "very expensive" glasses. They are telling me that it is taking this long because of the rarity of the lens. BALONEY!! Len Crafters knew what my lenses were and their usual one hour to have them made and ready was instead the next day because of the type of lens. My son got a pair of very nice glasses from Lens Crafters a few weeks ago and not only were they cheaper (and I was actually able to negotiate the price) they were ready in an hour just like they said. I would guess that what really happened is that someone at Optic Gallery forgot to send in my order and didnt realize it until I went in to pick my new glasses up.

Just left here and need to say what a wonderful experience I had. I left work with eye pain and blurred vision; I initially just went here to see about getting glasses so that I could get out of my contacts. I didnt have a prescription with me. The ladies at the front desk were very sympathetic and helped me get a copy of my prescription, pick out frames for glasses, give me a price quote, listened to my symptoms, and even helped me be seen the same day as my body was having a reaction to my contact lenses. There was always someone checking on me as I waited. Dr. Missoula (sp?) saw me very quickly and was very attentive and knowledgeable. My eyes feel better already and this whole practice turned what was a scary, anxiety-inducing situation into a pleasant visit. I was incredibly impressed with their kindness and expertise, and will definitely recommend this practice in the future.

In the beginning I was actually impressed with the cleanliness and the abilities of the optometrist. My dissatisfaction is due to the the last three different times I got my prescriptions filled at their location, I experienced long unexpected delays. They say its due to my prescriptions filled at a lab thats authorized for VSP insurance claims. Thus because my employer uses VSP for vision, I get the bottom of the barrel lab. So if you dont have VSP for your insurance you might be lucky, I guess Im not.

I went in to Optic Gallery to get my eye exam done, the service was amazing! All of the equipment was clean and high tech. The doctor and assistants were very knowledgeable about their product. When it comes to sales of the frames and lenses they are not pushy at all and will help you make whatever decision is best for you. I would recommend anyone to go here!

Everybody there was very nice and I love the new Tech they have there where they can get an image of 80% of the back of your Eye instead of just the basic 20% from dilation. when it came time to pick out frames (or Sunglasses) they where very patient while i made my choice and helped when i could make up my mind too. Lots of Sunglasses to choose from too.

I have been visiting Optic Gallery for several years. I have received quality care and have full trust in Dr. Mazzulla. The staff exceeds my expectations every time I walk into the office. They are very helpful in finding the right glasses, which can be a daunting task without their expert advice.
