I chose this establishment because it was the only local optometrist that took my insurance, but Im so happy I ended up with Lori and Dr. Turner. I was nervous coming in, and the exterior appearance of the building did nothing to calm those nerves. Donald Turner, however, kept a great stream of conversation going throughout my exam, and had such a warm, professional demeanor. He explained thoroughly after the exam what my eyes were doing and gave me a wealth of information. Lori helped me narrow down a pair of frames in no time! She has an amazing system, and gave me honest feedback. She didnt try to push me to buy frames out of my insurance policy, either! She made sure I was happy with the look and cost. Im so, so satisfied my experience.

Kinda shady. Doc kept trying to "convince" me to switch to a different brand of contact lenses well after I had already said switching brands was fine with me. This tells me he was not listening to me or taking me seriously, which is weird because I was agreeing with him. Also, I had a slight case of conjunctivitis which messed with my vision (I made the appointment, then got something in my eye that irritated it afterward) and was told to come back in a week once it had cleared up to recheck the vision in that eye. At the follow up appointment, a different doctor saw me, checked my eyes with the magnifying whatever, and told me the original prescription was correct WITHOUT actually doing a vision test. I am convinced he was wrong.

Working Monday through Friday its hard to get an appointment. I called this office and was so happy they open on Saturdays. From the time I went in I felt welcomed by the staff. The lady Lori was excellent helping me and another lady who does hearing test. Lori had me laughing so hard of her cute little jokes she has great personality. I felt Ive know her for years. Dr chung was really nice and very professional . Unfortunately i had to get glasses but other than that my experience was excellent there. Thanks guys.
