This dentist office is completely rude. My partner and I schedule appts on different days during the same week. I missed mine and called to let them know of the circumstances. I was put on hold for 5 minutes and didnt have time to sit there and wait for someone. My partner went in for his appt 2 days later and his was canceled because of mine. I then got a call from Denise, scolding me like she was my mother for missing my appt and so on. I called her back and informed her she didnt need to treat me like that and that the policy of canceling his appt was not right. She laughed. I would suggest that anyone that values customer service and being treated right not visit this office.

Ive been visiting Dr. Johnsons office for about 6 years, and every single visit during that time has been an absolute pleasure! The friendliest staff in the most comfortable environment encourage me to watch any channel I want on tv, enjoy a parafin wax hand "massage," and even don a neck warmer/massager during my treatment! I actually look forward to going to the dentist here! And even though I now work in Tukwila, I still go out of my way to visit this office! Say hi to Denise and Karri in the front office, and ask for Jessie to do your cleanings - she is wonderful!

My family and I have been going to see Kris and his staff for well over 10 yrs now. He and his staff always seek to ensure we are always on top of maintaining our teeth. His office staff has always provided us with a great laugh before we head back out into the workplace or home. If your interested in a cleaning or god forbid a root canal. He and his staff will be more than happy to work with you to get you smiling again.. Their atmosphere is great and you can even catch up on the news or listen to music. So, pick up the phone and make that call !!!!

Our family has been coming to Dr. Johnson for years, and we have always been impressed with the quality of our care. The staff is very friendly and professional, and make us feel like we are in very good hands. I especially love the paraffin wax treatment and flipping through channels during my appointment. The office environment always feels very calm and relaxing. Dr. Johnson and his staff are especially great with my kids, as they get them to relax and have built a trust. We highly recommend this office!

Ive been going here for a few years. Great care. Staff works very well together. All have a gentle touch so I dont get the pounding headache after dental work that I have had in the past. Im no dental expert but Dr. Johnson seems to be interested in new technologies - ask to see his very cool twin spindle CNC machine that creates your crown on the spot. Care here is significantly improved over my previous dentist. I am in good hands. Staff is all friendly too.

My husband and I have been coming to Harbor Pointe Family Dentistry for a few years now and we absolutely love coming here, its fabulous! I adore the staff- Denise, Karri & Vidian take care of me all the time and Im always happy to see them. The office is full of little details that cater to you that shows they care deeply about treating their patients very well and they keep you so comfortable during your check ups...I highly recommend this dentist office!!

Great staff from the front and back desks to the hygienists to the Dr. Everyone is friendly and actually takes care of you. They are always on time. They offer extra things like headphones and hand treatments. They are helpful in accommodating different situations. Would highly recommend.
