Pacific Dental Care had a promotion for free teeth whitening to new patients when exam/x-rays/cleaning is done. I decided to try them out. When I booked my appointment an they had one for the next day available. When I arrived a man was sitting at the receptionist desk talking on the phone, didnt look up, or acknowledge I was standing their. Two hygienist looked at me an then walked away. Finally had help 5 minutes later from the receptionist who told me their computers were down due to a blown transformer, but she has all my insurance info already so it would be o.k. Did my exam, part of my cleaning then she decided to do my x-rays since everything seamed to be back up an running. Pretty much done with x-rays then my hygienist has to run out of the room, not once...not twice...not even three times. 4 times she left, talking with the dentist, the receptionist, in an out. Come to find out they do not take my insurance an now they are going to charge me for a 1/3 completed cleaning an x-rays. In the end they took off the x-rays but still charged me for the cleaning even though it was never completed. When I mentioned to the receptionist that its their responsibility as a business to look verify client info an insurance, all she could say was "Its your responsibility to know why type of insurance you have." I did not realize they do not accept my insurance, but that is the job of the receptionist, to verify insurance, an prior to an appointment. Regardless if your computers are down, their are two other offices, im sure one could have been contacted to verify my information an avoid this whole messy ordeal. $115 bucks later 1/3 cleaned teeth an no whitening. Not that I could ever go back due to my insurance, but I would ****NEVER**** recommend the Renton Pacific Dental Care Center.

I cant say enough good things about this office! The receptionists, Raleigh in particular, are so kind and personable. Raleigh remembered my name after only one visit! Christine, one of the dental assistants, is kind and gentle, and she also remembers her patients after their first visit. Dr. Etemadi is the most gentle, considerate dentist Ive ever been to. I made it though a cleaning and 5 fillings (yes, 5...) with no pain, thanks to her skillful treatment and Christines expert assistance. Even their office is welcoming; they have their own parking lot, a large waiting area with a water cooler, and the rooms are bright, cheerful, and clean. I highly, highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.

I had a wonderful first experience with Pacific Dental Care and am looking forward to many years of great experiences. I was greeted promptly upon entering the office and within minutes my hygienist was escorting me back for my cleaning. She (Jeanette sp?) was very courteous and warm. I felt I was in very good hands. After my cleaning I had a very brief wait in the lobby before my X-rays and regular pictures were taken. Dr Nguyen met with me to go over the images and the status of my teeth and his treatment plan. He was very kind and put me at ease with his demeanor and delivery. Again, I feel in very good hands. Nice work Pacific Dental Care!

My daughter is now of the age she needed to go to her first dentist appointment. A couple of friends had children that went to Pacific Dental Care and they were happy with their service. I decided to give them a try. Needless to say, she was a bit panicked at first (having to get in that large chair and wear special glasses). They were so nice and put her at ease right away. Thankfully she had no cavities! She was excited to choose her little prize at the end and happy to receive her very own grownup toothbrush. I found the dental assistant extremely nice and Dr. Nguyen was sweet. Highly recommend!!

My 30 year old filling was replaced with a Cerec crown. Pacific dental did a great job. The office is clean and pleasant. The staff are knowledgeable and ready to address any questions and concerns. They made sure my bicycle was secure during my procedure. Their use of modern equipment and expert technique made this a comfortable and efficient procedure. When additional work was warranted to remove some hidden decay the staff informed me of the additional charges above our agreed treatment plan. I have had major dental work all my life and Pacific Dental has been the most comfortable.

Pacific Dental Care and Dr Nyugen are fun, caring and extremely skilled pediatric dentist here in Seattle. My two kids have been seeing her for several years now and dont mind going to the dentist at all, even if they must have treatment and not just a cleaning. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. Its very, very kid-friendly; the decor is fun and imaginative. All the chairs and instruments are specially made for kids. They even have gameboys for the kids to play to stay distracted while being worked on! We like them so much that we drive all the way from Renton!

Ive been going to Dr. Nguyens office for over 4 years and for a dentist cleaning visits but I have to say I never mind going!! I really like everyone there and they make what is usually deemed not the best thing you could be doing (poking at gums, root canal, a bridge perhaps...) less traumatic. The receptionist/admin is very sweet and have to say she is AWESOME! She has such a happy, smiling face. I love how I can call randomly and say "Hi !..." and she knows who I am. Dr. Nguyens dental assistant is also great.

My recent visit was no different than those Ive had before. The team is kind, considerate, and professional, and they do good work. One of the things I appreciate the most is that they verbally walk you through everything theyre doing inside your mouth. Though nothing has hurt me yet, they consistently offer preparatory warnings whenever anything might cause the least discomfort. And lest I forget, getting an out-of-pocket quote before they take any action is very helpful. Its just great end-to-end service. A+

This dental practice has all the professionalism, cleanliness, and friendliness I expect from a dentist. All teams from reception to cleaning, to the DDS were welcoming and helpful as a first time patient. They also took time to understand my financial situation without judgement. I wish I could say Im actually looking forward to getting my cavity filled, but some things cant be fun, even if you enjoy your dentists company!
