I feel it is important to warn others about my personal experience with Rick Chavez, DDS. Service was poor, the inside and equipment seem to be very outdated. They overcharged me over $1000. I notified them by mail about my concern but they never respond. Ive asked them to mail me an itemized statement and they never do. The office receptionist, Marie, is the worst. She is rude and unprofessional. They refuse to mail me statements or accept my payments sent by mail to their office. I would not recommend Rick Chavez, DDS or this dental office to anyone, ever.

One of the better dental experiences Ive had. Dr. Chavez is a wisdom-tooth-removal-dynamo. I have very deep roots and a high resilience to novocaine, no problem for this guy. Mari worked with me on my budgetary limitations. I payed the same price as the range we discussed on the phone, and it was fair. The dental assistant, whos name escapes me, treated my post-surgery pain management with respect and directness. I am so pleased and relieved with todays experience.

Worst experience ever. Teeth still hurt 9 months later. Told one price - with me stating that I could not pay more - then given a bill for hundreds of dollars over that price a month later. Would not respond to voice mail, and when I finally spoke with the owner, he said he would "take care of it." A month later, Im in collections and being told by their extraordinary rude staff "oh well, you signed away your rights to dispute." Zero stars.

Good service and a friendly staff. Been coming here a long time. I had my wisdom teeth taken out here and had some fillings done. They made the experience as good as can be for the nature of the operations.
