Ive been a patient of Dr. Bath since he took over the practice from Dr. Denato. I was not sure at first but then the more that I got to know him I realized that he really cares about his patients, old and new. He is a professional, funny, and caring. Dr. Bath is also extremely generous, not only with his time, but the services that he provides to me and my family. I have two boys 21 and 25. I wish they were still little so I could keep taking them to Dr. Bath like when they were little. I can honestly say that they loved going to Dr. Bath. Dr. Beth not only cares about my family but he also cares about the Olympia area. I have been fortunate to be a volunteer for his free clinic and to see the amount or preparation from him and his staff to make sure that everything goes smoothly. The amount of work is incredible and they do it because they care. For all the years I have gone to Dr. Bath, he has been so kind, gentle, and has given us an exceptional care for our teeth and oral health. The new clinic is so nice extremely modern and top of the line machinery is almost fun to see what other new tools he will have to take care of my teeth. His team of professionals like Cody, who is my hygienists and who also is the most incredible person and always makes me feels good to come and see him Cody YOUR ARE AWESOME!! But who can forget the amazing STAFF like Katelyn, Amanda, Stephany, Missy, Candice, Kynzie, Josie, Whitney, Aubn, and Shelly. OMG these are incredible ladies and their smiles makes me so happy and welcome every time and I love them all. I would not go any other place!!

Ive been taking my family to Impressions Dentistry for a year now and could not be more happy with that choice! We spent the three years prior going to the "pop up" chain dental offices and received poor dental work and even worse customer service. Upon walking into Dr. Baths office I recognized a huge difference. The lobby is inviting and warm with a kids area and a delicious coffee bar and the employees are delightful. The hygienist and staff are wonderful with my kiddos and equally assuring to my husband and I who both do not do well with dental work. The difference between Impressions Dentistry and any other dentist office I have visited is the quality of work and service guarantee. I recently needed a crown and root canal. Dr Bath recommended me to an equally wonderful endodontist for the root canal and took measurements of my molar for the crown. When he was putting the crown on he noticed that it only fit 99.9%. That was not good enough for Dr Bath. He apologized, said it didnt fit perfectly and he would remake the crown. ANY OTHER DENTIST would have put a lesser fitting crown on and called it good. But Dr. Bath is different, he stands by his work 100% and will not do anything but the best work on your teeth. You can expect this same service guarantee from all of his staff as well. I highly recommend Dr Bath and Impressions Dentistry to any one. We travel almost an hour to get our dental work done here and probably pass by 20 other dentist on the way to this office. Impressions Dentistry does not disappoint!

Doc gave me some sedative to help the drilling process. He didnt use enough initially and when he drilled it hurt so much. He added more sedative and I BELIEVE HE HIT A NERVE IN MY LOWER RIGHT JAW, had me wait 30 minutes (one fill episode of the show I was watching) and when he came back and finished the work. At first I felt okay with the operation, after a few days I noticed my back teeth became SUPER sensitive to cold and warm ( wasnt like that before my visit) and I cant feel the lower right side near my teeth (food is being trapped there and I cant feel it anymore) Its been over a week and the sensitivity and pain is still there. I had hoped he would be a better dentist than my last one but I was mistaken. He did give me a $5 starbucks giftcard for the wait but now that I believe I have nerve damage to my gums and teeth, Im angry and eating food has lost some fun. Ill change my review once I get this figured out. Hopefully for the better. Will

I cant imagine life before welcoming this practice into my life. Well, actually I can. I had PTSD from previous dental offices. Dr. Bath send his amazing team have changed that. EVERYONE is so welcoming and treat me like theyve known me my whole life. The front desk is kind, knowledgeable, and fast. The dental assistants and hygienists are gentle and thorough. And Dr. Bath... Dr. Bath makes me laugh every time I come in. Hes not trying to be funny, but he just has that genuine heart and wit and I cant help but be put in a great mood. Not to mention hes great at what he does. He makes sure I am in good oral health and that I have the best Invisalign care plan. I love Impressions Dentistry, and so do all of my other 5 referrals. Thank you Impressions Dentistry!

I found Impressions by way of an online search. What I was looking for was a top rated organization with fair prices and a friendly staff - an organization that did most work in-house including: crowns, implants and oral surgery. Impressions does it all. Impressions is not only very knowledgeable, they are proactive regarding other health aspects such as sleep apnea consults, etc. They are also accommodating regarding emergency work, and patient needs. I was able to book an emergency appointment for a broken tooth as well as getting my introductory discount on a teeth cleaning, full x-rays, and dental consult. I highly recommend them for both their expertise and customer service.

Ive never enjoyed going to the dentist, but Impressions Dentistry has massively helped me to feel as comfortable and at ease as possible during the many times Ive had to come in these past two plus year to care for my teeth. Their staff is fantastic, kind, and on point with customer service, and they do a great job of welcoming their patients. My questions about dental procedures, tools, and processes are met with glee and wonderful answers from dentists and technicians alike, and I feel like a welcome part of the process. I will be quite sad when I move next, and I might consider commuting to continue receiving the excellent care that I receive from Impressions Dentistry.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Bath now for almost five years now. Over that time period, I have received caring, gentle and exceptional care for my teeth and oral health. Their facility and equipment is extremely modern and top of the line. (and the free laughing gas helped eased my nervousness!) His team of professionals make this office a place you actually want to come visit! I was so pleased with my care that I decided to bring my two young daughters here as well. Their continuing care plan made it so much more affordable for our family, seeing we dont have dental insurance. I really cant say enough about this top notch dental office!

Absolutely AWESOME experience. Office staff and hygienists are all super sweet (I recommend Anastasia - shes amazing!!) and Dr. Bath is very kind and has a wonderful sense of humor. They were great about billing all of my insurance policies to ensure I had as little out of pocket costs as possible, which I really appreciate. Location is super easy to get to and their office is really nice - coffee, tea, water, and preloaded toothbrushes in the bathroom! A lovely "new patient" gift bag on my first visit, and flexible payment options = this office rocks. Ive recommended them to friends and co-workers alike and will continue to do so!
