Extremely unhappy with my experience today. I went in for a routine exam. First I had to call three different places with extremely rude and impatient receptionists to find the single place that had an opening three days after my tooth had initially been broken. After finally talking slowly and loudly to the receptionist, I went in, only to find that there was no front door to the office. I had to circle the building twice to find it. After I went in, Juan was very patient and polite, and made me feel a bit more comfortable. What followed was being lead in to a room with no doors and people walking by constantly, where Juan had to practically yell to be heard over everyone else. After that and the Xrays my dentist Karie Lee finally saw me, talked way too fast and over me constantly, interrupted any comments me or my wife had to say, completely ignored and tuned out anything she pretended to be listening to, tried to get me to pull WAY more teeth than was necessary, tried to throw pain pills at me even though I insisted I was in no pain, and was obviously just trying to get me out of there as fast as possible. No privacy. Uncomfortable as hell. Rude receptionists. Rude dentists. This place is obviously just a tooth mill.

I went to Gentech dental to get cleaning and a diagnosis since it was so close to my work. Upon arriving there they immediately told me that I had 8 cavities - which was a HUGE shock since I never had any. I went ahead and got my teeth checked out at another dentist and he didnt see any cavities whatsoever. AVOID THIS DENTIST!!! They just want you to spend as much money as possible even when problems do not exist.

Their pediatric dentist is amazing and the hygienists were fantastic with both my kids. My 4 year old daughter had bit a tooth in half after a fall from the bunk bed and, even after the extraction, she still says she likes the dentist. Win!! They accepted my OHP (which can be a feat on its own) and have a nice front office staff.

They just assume what will be covered under dental insurance and charge you for things even covered by them. Also, they push you to have unnecessary treatment resulted in charging you more to pay. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Patel is friendly, explained pros and cons of options for treatment. Joan did an deep cleaning which wasnt the most pleasant experience but she was wonderful, personable and made a not so pleasant experience bearable.
