Terrible customer service. Waited month for appointment. Didnt get seen because of inadequately trained front desk. She said I would have to pay cash and bill my insurance myself. What is the point of insurance...its so I dont have to deal with this. I even showed her application on my phone showing I was covered. After leaving I immediately called my insurance (which she could have done they answered in less than 2 minutes) and they confirmed my insurance was active within 5 minutes. Less then the amount of time she wasted with me sitting there.

All the doctors care about is getting the most money possible. The billing services that they use have horrible customer service and even worse record keeping abilities. I was forced to pay TWICE for my services after over 10 phone calls, faxing of my receipts to 3 different locations and being talked down to by numerous "customer service" reps. Otherwise it would go on my credit report. Do yourself a favor and keep on driving to the Swedish Medical Center in Redmond.

I have a bad experience because the doctor ( he is the doctor that always take care of me) was in a hurry or I dont know...it took just a few minutes to say that the problem in my lungs was caused by a virus, he didnt prescribed anything saying that itll go away by itself, I got fever two days straight and diarrhea. .so it didnt go away by itself after all.

Do NOT come here with a medical emergency. This is a satellite office and you will wait forever for a specialist to show up, and if youre in pain that can seem like a very long time.
