** Be aware. ** Here was my case. So, whoever reads this, please read this and decide to go or not. I went there to get the exam done for my permanent resident card application. Problem 1. I have waited more than 40 min sitting and doing nothing even though I went there on time at my appointment time. No specific reason for waiting. There seemed they like people waiting in line so they could get more patients. Everyone in the office frowned. Not only the first time I visited to get the exam done, but also for the second time to get the results and the vaccines, I waited another 40 min sitting at the chair. Problem 2. I have my own private insurance that covers this type of physical exam and vaccinations. I explained them this and told I only need to pay $10 copay. But they just didnt listen and insisted I need to pay $125., with many unacceptable reasons. I think the reasons were like this is non-conventional check-up so I needed to pay.... total BS. So, after I paid $125 and called my insurance company, and they said I only needed to pay $10. I called Kutsys and explained I need to get the difference back, but they just refused and they said they need to wait for the payment from my Insurance. I called my insurance and waited total two months and confired that my insurance paid Kutsys what they could get. So, again, I called the office to get my money back. They replied they didnt get it. I contacted my insurance again to double confirm this and found Kutsys was lying. So I visited and called them multiple times to get my money back. After 3 months of this, they finally admitted they received the payment and to write a check to me by end of the month. Waited a month to arrive, but it never arrived. I was furious and called them to get my check. They never sent me the check. I finally told them I will call my lawyer. In fact, I would. And they finally said I can come and pick up my check. .. The funny thing is they didnt return me the total money they owed me. I paid $125 and my copay is $10, this means they should have returned me $115, but it was $114.xx .. I ask them again but they just said it is correct.. well.. not worth to talk to them and fight, so I left. Problem 3. They didnt have to but they did the Flu Shot as it was necessary for PR card physical exam necessity. And of course, charged. Whoever reads this, I hope you get the idea how itll be like to deal with this people... If I have to do my green card physical exam, I would never go back..

Did my GC medical tests at this office past week and liked the office, staff, accuracy of forms preparation, speed of the medical tests, helpfuless, convenience of the procedure. When we made typo in the forms and even signed - doctor did due diligence to re-verify the forms after us and found it. Office was convenient, and though forms take too much time to prepare for a big family of mine - we were conveniently placed in the lounge &entertainment room, where we could relax in calm environment, and did not have to sit in the reception room where people wait in line. When we called to make appointement - staff was very nice to us by explaining how we can save money and time at their office - by making some tests like Mantou and Flu shots at our local clinic (and have it covered by insurance) before coming. I like when I see that service provider is not greedy and helps you to optimize your expenses. As we have big family (3 kids) - doctor was nice to not only do GC-related testing, but also show some good care about kids (which she did not have to do for GC). We had appointment at 1:30 PM, and were accepted exactly at this time, though after 6 years in US Im used to the normal practice at all doctors offices that you wait for half an hour after your appointment time before being invited into doctors room. I saw 4 patients in line at reception room, so I liked the way they manage the queue to accept everyone as much as possible closer to appointed time. Will definitely come here again if I would need to visit doctor again.
