I debated writting this review as I wont go back but more as a warrning to others and hopefully as feedback to the Dr. Office. The person who greeted me Lisa was very nice and friendly. After Lisa it was all downhill. I felt like they were focused on upselling me from the time the dental hygienist started working on me. I purchased a Groupon because I wanted to get me teeth cleaned. The hygienist started to get very uncomfortable as I asked about my cleaning and she talked about what I “needed to do” for my teeth was a deep cleaning. She then said we can just wait for the dentist and he will explain the different options to you. Then the dentist Dr. Lee came in and completed the exam. He was very nice and pleasent. He told me they would not be able to clean my teeth today and I would need to come back for a deep cleaning first. He said, but dont worry they honor the Groupon and I could use that cleaning sometime in the future, he let me know some others don’t honor it. I asked if I can just get a regular cleaning and he told me it would not help me as it is just polishing of the teeth. That had not been my experience in the past. I always thought when a dental hygienist did a professional cleaning it includes tooth scaling and tooth polishing and debridement if too much tartar has accumulated. Apparently not at this Dental office. Or they were only focused on the upsell. The Dr. continued to push the upsell and I finial just walked out of the office because it was clear I was not getting me teeth cleaned at this sales office posing as a dental office. I guess it is my fault, you get what you pay for some of the times on Groupon.

The entire dental staff at this office is wildly incompetent. I had a tooth extraction and bone graft scheduled to be done at the same time. During the procedure, the assistant appeared to have no idea what any of the tools the dentist wanted were called. Communication between the two eventually devolved into grunts and pointing in order to get anything done. After the extraction was complete, the dentist leaves the room in order to find the materials for the bone graft. There were no materials available. The procedure that was scheduled was impossible to complete. Nobody checked before I had a gaping hole in my mouth whether it was even possible to do what they promised. Fortunately, they decided to do whats right, and did everything in their power to fix the situation immediately. Just kidding, my appointment to fix his mistake, restart the recovery process, and add another round of risk of complication on my mouth is four days away. I will not be returning. Nobody I know will ever be returning. I wish anybody who comes here to have any work done the best of luck. Youre going to need it.

This is a good dental office - seems very well put together. I came in here with a Groupon for a cleaning and also had some x-rays done. When I walked in, I was warm welcomed by the receptionist who had me fill out some forms and than went over them with me. I was shortly taken back where Jessica did a good job taking my x-rays. When Dr. walked in, he was already well informed of everything I had put on the forms (doesnt make you feel like you just filled all of those forms for no reason - I didnt have to repeat myself which was nice) Dr. and Kayla than did an A+ on my cleaning. They made sure I was comfortable and were patient with any sensitive areas I had. Dr.Lee and his team take an outstanding care of their patients. I had a great experience here!!

After not visiting a dentist for 4 years, I finally took the plunge and found a new dentist close to me. Because of my lengthy absence I ended up having more work done than I anticipated. I found Crystal Dental and Dr. Lee to be very professional, gentle, friendly, and their work was comprehensive. They worked at finding the best solution for my situation, understanding that I was trying to spend the least amount of money possible and still get the best dental care. They spent extra time making sure I was comfortable. Ive been to lots of dentists over the year, and I really like being kept in the loop as to what they are doing. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Dr. Lee was awesome! Super nice and thorough with the exam, and he did a great job explaining what was going on and walking me through different treatment options. Definitely recommend! p.s., I feel obligated to add that I have no idea why Mr. Leek is so angry. Judging by his other reviews, maybe thats his thing, but everyones entitled to their own opinions. I actually thought their use of technology was one of the best parts of my visit. They seem to have a pulse on whats new, and Dr. Lee definitely knew his stuff. Id much rather that than an old guy whos still using the same gear he learned on 60 years ago.

I had a great experience here. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Although its always a little awkward to have your teeth poked and prodded at, I appreciated the extra effort to get them photographed so that I could really see whats going on with them. I love this collaborative approach. They took time to make sure I was comfortable and they explained every step along the way very well. So I was never uncomfortable. They go the extra mile here. I highly recommend them!

I have been here a couple times now for a cleaning and the unfortunate fillings, hands down this been the best dental experience I have ever had, the dentist is incredibly gentle and takes the time to explain the procedures I need to have done down the road to restore a few past issues that another dentists caused. The staff is incredibly friendly and I love the text reminders about my appointments and when I need to set another one for cleaning.

I had a deep cleaning done on my teeth today on the one side, I am in my 50s and needed it. I have never had someone be so caring and gentle with me, making sure I was very comfortable. She did a great job and I am so grateful that I went today and am looking forward to returning to have the other side cleaned in two days. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me & my mouth ..:)

Excellent service! Dentist was very informative about the condition of my teeth, what causes certain conditions, what he was going to do and why he was going to do it. Also, the facility is new, clean and uses all the latest tools. Very helpful staff and overall great experience!

This place was a joke! They spent more time trying to take pictures of my teeth with an iPad then actually looking at my teeth. Stay away, doctor is just out of school and it shows.
