Heres my Cliffs version of my experience at Mileston.... Laid down on a comfortable lounge chair, stretched my legs out, picked up the Netflix remote and started watching Black Hawk Down. Had the time of my life at the dentists office (or is it clinic). Wait... dentists office (or clinic)?!?! I kid you not. The dentists office!! All those scary nightmares about dentists just disappeared with a click of the remote. Actually it started 40 minutes beforehand. The NEW office is conveniently located in Covington with ample FREE parking. This might not be a big deal to you, but it was for me. My previous (huge emphasis on "previous") dentists office only had metered parking. Sooo... "youre going to keep me here for 3 hours and the parking is only good for 2 hours? Hello, parking ticket and farewell Jack in the Box tacos!" So from the get-go, my wallet and tummy were thanking me. Next came the professional and personable front office team... I forgot their names but I believe it was Lisa and Christy?? (Im sorry.... Im horrible with names. Thats why Im single). Anyways, they answered all my questions such as "do you have free Wi-Fi so that I can respond to my work emails and my boss thinks Im at work??" (I kind of left work early so.... yeah... you know....). And yes they do! So all you business folks.... make a note of that. Then came Dr. Park and Brenda. They werent...... scary. They informed me of what they were doing and why there were doing it... but I was too busy watching Black Hawk Down. Long story short.... if youre needing a great dentist, front office team, free parking and Netflix, go to Milestone! DISCLAIMER: my only negative review is that Dr. Park and Brenda were done with me 30 minutes before Black Hawk Down ended. Maybe I should get more cavities....

I had the opportunity to have Dr. Lee be my dentist. Services provided was a dental implant, cavity fixer upper, as well as a couple of cleanings. His office is first off super clean and catered to the patient. Coffee and drinks are there when you enter. You have a Roku and TV present for you on your examine table. And most importantly the dentist isnt super awkward. Im a person who hates awkward silence. It basically felt like going to a friends place with a dental drill in my mouth. Would recommend Milestone to any friend. I have had horrible experiences with dentists....some trying to upsale you, others that just do horrible jobs, Im just happy I finally found a dentist I know will do a good job and will only recommend whats necessary. Also, please excuse any typos as I have a kid at home and he destroys a couple of brain cells every day.

I went into Milestone today for a check up exam and cleaning and had a great experience! From the receptionist team, to Teitra, the dental assistant, and Dr. Lee, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Both Dr. Lee and Teitra were professional, thorough and most importantly gentle. They provided step by step explanations of what they were doing and continually asked about my comfort. I normally do not write reviews, but know reviews are helpful, especially when looking for someone in the health care industry. I definitely recommend Milestone and Dr. Lee.

Went in to see Dr. Park for an emergency for a broken molar. The front desk was incredibly nice and welcoming and squeezed me in at the last second, even with a packed schedule. Dr. Park was a breath of fresh air. He isnt the typical dentist where this is no communication while hes working. He vocally guided me along the way through the whole process, of telling me what hes doing, how long its going to take, what hes going to do next, etc... Easily the best experience at a dentist so far. Highly recommend this office!

Milestone team and facility are absolutely amazing! You will feel welcomed once spoken with on the phone and also when you walk in. They were very understanding and flexible when I had to re/schedule my wisdom teeth removal appointments as I was also trying to plan my vacation. Even after the procedure, Dr.Park made sure to follow-up to check in on me and making sure I was healing well! I highly recommend Milestone Dentistry to all my friends and family!

This dental office is amazing! Netflix while you get your teeth worked on? Amazing and new! Great staff! Very welcoming, kind, and considerate. The office is brand new and the staff are excellent. Dentists are considerate and so are the assistants. Dr. Park was professional and very thorough. Theres a specialist for children and a nice section for kids. The location is a little far for me but it is definitely worth going back too.

I highly recommend this dental practice as they are very professional and extremely competent. Everyone works with a smile as you enjoy being treated with most up-to-date technology and perks of a brand new facility. I have had to make appointment changes and thankfully they try to accommodate every time. Dr. Lee and his staff/colleagues are top notch and have provided a great experience for my whole family, including my toddler!

I actually had a major procedure done WITHOUT nitrous for the first time ever!! It went SO well! Dr Parks injections were practically painless and so very gentle! His chair side manner is excellent and all of the assistants are amazing! The front desk gals are so sweet and customer service is outstanding! I will refer all my friends there!☺

Went to see the dentist for a cleaning and check up before the end of the year in 2015. Easy to get an appointment and it was actually the best cleaning I have ever had. Dentist did the cleaning and was gentle and thorough. The rest of the staff were great and the office is new and awesome. I would recommend Dr. Park to anyone.

I and several of my family have had dental procedures done here and we have all been very pleased with the work. What really sets this office apart is the staff. From the dentists down to the receptionists they all very friendly and make you feel like family.

Dr. Lee was my dentist who took care of my cavities and cleanings. I would strongly recommend him and his team to anyone who wants an affordable and detailed treatment. Their equipment also doesnt look like its from the 90s or early 2,000s. Its brand new!!!

Going to Milestone Dental has been a life changing experience for me. I am not the biggest fan of going to the dentist; especially from previous experiences not being the best. However, Dr. Chris Lee & Milestone Dental has been my tooth fairy!

Beautiful facility and friendly staff. However, I was disappointed that theres a jar of candy at my kids eye level in the lobby, along with hot cocoa K Cups These items seem at odds with a mission of promoting dental health.

I have terrible dental anxiety from past experiences and this place puts me at ease. The staff is friendly and they let you watch TV in the chair to help distract you.
