If I could give this place ten stars, I would. Assume each of the five is equal to two and that’ll work. Due to a very bad experience with a shady dentist when I was young, I haven’t seen a dentist in almost 20 years. I cracked a tooth on some popcorn on a Wednesday and, trusting blind luck, picked the dentist closest to work. They were willing to see me the very next day! And goodness, did I strike gold with this place. Everyone from the receptionists to the dental assistants to my own dentist (who wanted to be an ace fighter pilot but became an ace dentist instead) was patient, kind, and unfailingly polite. All my past anxieties were wiped away and I now have a new dental office to call my own. I will be seeing them for all my dental needs in future. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. They are very much worth it.

I have been going to Willow Pass Dental Care (formerly DentalSpecialty) since 2006. I have always received great care from the front desk, to my caring dental hygienist Shabnam Sharifi, my wonderful Prosthodonist Reza Khazaie who did my implants, his assistant Nancy and the ladies that manage the appointments to the dental treatment plan. I couldnt ask for a great Dental team. Their technology is always improving so makes going to one place much easier. I admire Dr. Reza for donating his time to his Mission of helping children from abroad that might not have access to dental care. I feel it is worthwhile if you are searching for a new dental team for yourself or your children to consider them.

The dental staff seems fine its just the office staff that keeps screwing up. They kept billing the wrong insurance company even though I repetedly provided them with the correct info. Then they turned us over to collections without ever making an effort to contact us first. I will never go back there. When I cancelled my appointment and explained why, they did not even care or try to make it right. Thats the kind of poor customer service they provide.

I havent been to the dentist in years because of my prior dental experiences. However, when I went to Willow Pass Dental, my view changed. I had a good experience from having my appointment set, receiving a reminder call, having my teeth cleaned and talking to Dr. Khan about the next steps. Also, I like to give kudos to Carol because she is an awesome dental hygienist.

Going to be honest, I greatly dislike going to the dentist. For me, this was as good as a trip to the dentist could have gone. Dr. Khazaie was professional, kind, and made sure I experienced no pain when doing my filling. Bonus: no condescending remarks about how I wasnt flossing enough.

This place is awesome! I had a root canal recently done by Dr.Amanda and it feels soo much better. I have also been taking my kids here for years and they have very cute decorated rooms that makes it so kids feel comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff that always seem to be happy.

Do not go to this dental clinic. They rip you off. The staffs are very rude. They do procedure thet they say initially covered by insurence and later send you a big fat bill
