My appointment with Dr. Patel was a very nice experience for me. As soon as I came in I was greeted by the 2 girls at the desk that made me feel immediately welcome & comfortable. I was called back soon after & was taken good care of by the very friendly girl that did my x rays. She made sure I was comfortable & relaxed. She took my x rays right there in the 1 & only chair I would be in. I loved that. Soon after that the Dr. came in, sat down & went over my paperwork with me, asking ?s. He was not rushed at all & really took time to get to know me & my issues. He made me feel at ease. Then he cleaned my teeth like Ive never had done before with an ultrasonic water pick. ( I think thats what its called.) It was fast & comfortable. I love this new technology. He then looked at my x rays & discussed them with me. Then his sweet assistant polished my teeth. When I was done the girl at the front desk spoke to me about my insurance & how I could make it work better for me. She was so honest & informative, I really appreciated that. I cant say enough about how well I was taken care of & how good my experience was. We move a lot & because of that we have had more Dentists than the average person. Weve had lots of fine Dentists but Dr. Patel & his staff are the best weve had. Thank you to each of you that took care of me that day. I"m a happy & very please patient. Also, my husband had the same good report about his experience.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Patel’s for over 10 years, and I always feel comfortable when I go there because I know the treatment that I will receive will not be uncomfortable. Dr. Patel has provided me with extensive restorative and cosmetic dentistry. I am extremely pleased with his work and have no plans on ever changing dentists. I often receive compliments on my smile, and I think my teeth appear quite natural and in very good condition. I believe that is the impression people have when they meet me. I also enjoy the assistance provided by his staff because they are so friendly and welcoming and do a good job. Dr. Patel’s practice is very well managed and I always find it easy to get in when I need it and get any work done in a timely manner. The combined work of his staff makes a great dental practice. No matter what condition your teeth are in, you will be treated with kindness, respect and the utmost in dental care.

All the staff working Diablo Pacific Dental Group are all SO friendly, light on their feet...courteous, and professional! I really appreciated how they all go out of their way to inform you and make you aware of every single procedure needing and intending to be done on your teeth-- before Dr. Patel commences. They are also very diligent and conscientious like that as they go over your Billing. On top of all that, Dr. Patel is a true professional and extremely highly skilled and adept at what he does as a dentist. He also goes the extra mile and discusses issues and advises related to your personal health issues and background. Hes very thorough and exacting! I highly recommend this Dental Office for your dental needs!

I showed up without notice with a very bad wisdom tooth infection and needed a referral. They made time for me almost immediately and were SO accommodating. So sweet, and compassionate even while I was crying and being a bit of a baby about the pain I was in. Made sure I knew how go take care of my teeth until I could get them removed. They were efficient and sent over all of the information my surgeon needed the very same day. Im very happy to have found them, and now use them as my primary dentist!

Dr. Patel and his staff are the best ever. They really care about their patients, they are so warm and friendly and you can definitely tell that they do and make recommendations based on their patients best interests. I highly recommend Dr. Patel for being your dentist. On my first visit he did a complete examination of my teeth with photos and x-rays. Dr. Patel followed up with a complete description on all problem areas and a plan to make corrections. Im relatively new to the East Bay and recently had a 30 yr old cap fall off that shows big time in my smile. Referred to Dr Patel and the next day was met by his wonderful staff, impressions made for a temporary "stay plate" and a plan for a permanent implant. Before relocating to the area I had the same dentist for 25 years or so. Change is always difficult but could not be happier I found Dr. Patel and his staff.

I came in for emergency dental work as my composite from one of my tooth broke. I called Saturday, 7AM and I was able to be seen at 10AM. Dr. Patel not only fixed my tooth that was broken but also my other tooth next to it that required cosmetic work. After that, my teeth look even better than before. Staff was very friendly and professional, and facility very clean! I would highly recommend Dr. Patel!
