Strange experience! Upon entering, the receptionist was arguing with a client about some kind of inability to pay or argument about payments loud enough for me to hear when I entered. I was suprised. This uncomfortable conversation continued for a long time. It felt like an episode of the Twilight Zone. I was given a gift basket. two water bottles, chapstick, sticker things, goofy markeing goodies and some basic dental stuff buried. Inside the bag were also several cookies in plastic bags that said some slogan about a smile. Yes, I said cookies. I even heard a client say something about getting cake pops for his gift. Im not kidding! But I take this with me into exam? I was also made to wait after my appointment time before being seen. Not a big deal, just annoying. Appointment is over and Im taken into a room where Im told I have about $$$ in dental work needed (2nd opinion led to a less expensive/less work quote fwiw) and this took FOREVER and it was like an Amway meeting. Just uncomfortable. They sort of suck you into this over hyped sales thing and its a bit much. Like they wanted me to agree to pay for all the different work they suggested, all of it right there. And not actually fork it over, but like contractually. I thought that was a bit much on day one and I have never received work from this doctor before. How do I know I would want to stay before Ive experienced anything? It gets weirder. Then as I start to leave I am given a second gift basket. Same as the first but its really so weird. (two watter bottles, chapstick, magnets and goofty stuff including thos bags of COOKIES (have to go all caps because so weird for a dentist, right?) and just a bunch of things you totally dont want or need and take to be polite. And Im thinking, do I get two bags because they think I need $$$ in my mouth? And then... Ive got my hand on the door to escape and the receptionist who Id really never talked to said, "Wait! Come back, we have something for you." And I thought, dear God what could it be? And she pulls out the biggest cupcake I have ever seen in my life. I wish I had the photo handy, Ill try to remember to add it later, but oh my gosh it was HUGE. Bright green frosting swirled a mile high with sprinkles and this massive piece of cake that was much bigger than a "cup". But, like, I literally just had my teeth cleaned. Why would I want cookies and a giant cupcake? brass tax: as far as staff inside? the tech was spectacular. And all the dental staff, polite. I thought the doctor was kind and good at explaining and (no expert here but) she certainly seemed qualified but I think theyre a bit pricey. parting tips: 1. No more free cupcakes or cookies or any sugary snacks after cleanings or appointments. 2. No more swag. Save the money and pass it on to the customer. All of it makes it look like youre trying to distract us. 3. If disputes are common, maybe put a line in back to take phone calls, away from customers.

Forget about the age-old stereotype horror stories about a visit to the Dentist office. Allure Dental is the most thoughtful, conscientious, and professional group of Dentists and staff I’ve ever experienced. And for someone who’s always been afraid of going to the Dentist, and yet has been a patient in many dental offices, for a variety of reasons over many years, both in and out of the U.S., that’s saying something! Safe to say, there is no other Dentist in the world I trust more than the wonderful professionals at Allure Dental! Former Review: (still applies) Without hesitation, I can say Allure Dental is the most thoughtful, conscientious, and professional group of Dentists and staff that I’ve ever experienced. They are ‘people’ people and it’s clearly evident from the first greeting. They are dedicated to their craft never straying from their focus on providing exemplary dental care. The entire staff takes great pride in their work, explaining processes and procedures in plain and simple language. Everyone has a pleasant manner and are good humored, full of smiles and quick to laugh. This goes a long way to making a semi-nervous and wary patient feel relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Lee carefully walked me through the underlying reasons why my dental troubles existed in the first place and the potential adverse effects if left untreated. They demonstrated great trust by empowering me with hard truths about the rate of degradation in a couple bad teeth giving me the context I needed to make informed decisions and to work out a reasonable improvement plan. Dr. Lee understands the role education plays in good dentistry so the patient is clear about what needs to be done...and why. I’m impressed with their ongoing quest to refine their already very capable skills, continuing to learn new treatments in the ever-advancing world of dental medicine. Allure recognizes there is much more to fixing teeth than the value of a smile. The condition of your teeth, gums, and mouth are a reflection of - and an integral part to - your overall health and well being. They are the only Dentist I have ever looked forward to seeing a second time.

When I decided to find another dentist, I knew my reasons. I had enough of the snappy, habitually indifferent young ladies at the front desk. I had enough of dentists hurrying in and out of rooms from patient to patient like Figaro, doing a so-so job instead of a quality one. If you had the same experience in your dental office then you would understand me. I found Allure by searching online a few years ago, then I just decided to come in person to this place and see how I feel about it. And after 3 years I had not a single regret towards this change! First impression: the front desk assistants never disappointed me and were always attentive and kind in-person and by phone. Staff (by the way, what a pleasure and a relief to be surrounded by such a dedicated, well trained, and supportive team) is welcoming as it can ever be. And when it comes to the doctors Suzanna and Trinh, true humanity meets true professionalism. They are both perfectionists in their work, highly educated, and they would do their best possible work for your gums and teeth. I have never had such thorough and thoughtful dental exams, such detailed consultations and fantastic quality procedures than with these two doctors! They are so passionate and hardworking in what they are doing. I am absolutely happy to be under their care and cant thank them enough for their selfless efforts to help me with my problems!

Im not exactly the greatest client around. I probably make my dentists frown when they see I havent flossed, but the thing is they dont. Rather than scold me, they always smile and warmly encourage me to do better. I feel a sense of ease and deep care from their work. They truly want to make the best of the clients teeth and health. Going to the Allure Dental Office is always an extraordinary experience. Every time I visit, something new and delightful has been added to the decor. They offer such engaging services like their attentive detail to getting x-rays, their benevolent consultations, and affable greetings from all the staffs. They treat you with the utmost respect and love whether youve been a long-time client or newcomer. You can feel the amazing energy and kindness in the office. Im so lucky to always be welcomed with compassion. I was so worried they were going to be mad at me for not keeping up with good habits, but instead they praised me for being honest. One last thing, the waiting area is completely relaxing. The magazines are all up to date. They have refreshments readily available. Their restroom is exceptionally clean. They always offer amazing entertainment! They often let you watch your favorite shows/movies while waiting but also while youre getting your teeth done! It was by far the coolest, most advanced experience I have ever enjoyed.
