Im writing to thank all of the staff, Dr. Keith, Dr. Petrini (since departed practice) and Dr. Gibbs (new to practice). My 87-year-old mom started a year-long journey in July 2016 to replace her previous dentures which had cracked from wear. The process took a year, given the complexity of my mothers mouth (many implants) and her age. There is no substitute for true caring and skilled treatment - This office understands that! The front desk staff, led by Kim, and the dental assistants (especially Lori), made my mom feel at home and safe. Dr. Petrini, who took on the case, did an outstanding technical job. Dr. Gibbs, who picked up the case upon Dr. Petrinis departure, showed no problem picking up with someone elses work and was a superb communicator with my mother, who is hard of hearing and has some dementia. All in all, our family has had that rare experience of great quality healthcare. I highly recommend Dental Implant Center at Walnut Creek!

Dr. Petrini, who treated me first before he left for the state of Washinton, is very professional, friendly, patient and skillful. He gave me the following options: partial; crown or implant. Every option was explained with pros and cons. With his help, I made the decision to do the implant even though it is the most expensive option. Dr. Keith took over after Dr. Petrini left the office. He is just as professional, helpful, friendly and patient. I feel very comfortable having him perform the implant. Although I have one more procedure to go, I am sure the result will be satisfactory to me. I would recommend his office to anyone.

Dr. Keith and his staff are courteous, professional, and make every effort to make you feel at ease. Having a dental procedure is nerve-racking, and the doctor and his staff made me feel I was "in good hands". I received an email shortly after my first appointment which confirmed the treatment we had discussed at my appointment, and included a detailed estimate of cost. I needed to make a follow-up call, and the staff answered my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood the treatment plan. Im grateful that I was referred to this Implant Center.

Dr. Petrini got me in quickly and showed complete confidence and knowledge that led him to bring my tooth back to its previous location. I lost my front teeth in an accident as a child and had posts for 40 years that finally were compromised. Dr. Scott Keith is amazing and I now have new bone, titanium posts and two beautiful front teeth. He is a miracle worker and a wonderful person who I am forever greatful to. I had a great experience with Dr Keith. He is an extremely knowledgeable and competent. I would describe him as a perfectionist. He really cares about the success of your implant. I ve never experienced any pain with Dr Keith You can be certain you are receiving the best of care.
