If, I could rate no stars or negative stars I would do that. This place is horrible, they try to up sell you with procedures that they charge ridiculous amounts of money for...I know, I have some cavities and I have 3 teeth that need to be extracted. I also know about my receding gumline. I have Medi Cal and they tell me that, the extractions, fillings and cleaning are covered. But, the also recommend and say, I need a deep cleaning which is not covered and they charge $2000.00 for...Smh...I tell the Dentist, Dr. Lopez I just want to do the work thats covered by my insurance. To which which he answers okay but, he tells me that when Im having the procedure and if this certain material they use to seal the hole where the tooth was is needed...? That material is not covered by Medi Cal....This place is clearly not about treatment. Theyre about taking your money or offering you to apply for credit to pay their high ass prices. I just got off the phone with the dentist, I used when I lived in San Leandro and they charge $600.00 for deep cleaning...My advice is to stay clear of Western Dental anywhere but, specially the one here in Vacaville. I could go on to about how dirty is in there as well but, Im done...I will however look into talking to the dental board about this place.. something just doesnt feel right with them.

So unorganized... I arrived earlier than scheduled appointment. But need to wait for more than an hour to get called. This is the 2nd time my appointment was scheduled due to their short staff last week. They are charging me $1400 for a cleaning and insisted that its not covered by my insurance company. But when I read my Coverage details from my plan, it was clearly stated that cleaning is covered. I will never come back to this dental office!

Worst experience EVER... Sat in the ortho chair for an hour to then get stuck an unexperienced lady. Not only did she take 10+ minutes just removing my bands, but she missed one and then she completely left four other brackets without bands at all... she also managed to cut my bottom lip in the midst of it all. Dont recommend coming here.

I drove 55 minutes to this office after explaining my situation over the phone to be told that my services could not be done by one person then told something else by a different person. Although the supervisor told her she didnt need addtl info from previous dentist she still insisted. Making the experience a complete nightmare.

Terrible experience. Twice Ive gone and waited an hour and no attention. They attended to people who came in way after me and just by passed me. Maybe people with insurance get attention before us who have Denti-Cal. Never got seen and walked out! Terrible Terrible Establishment!!!

Western Dental in Vacaville blows hard. Ive been trying to schedule an appointment and they relentlessly upsell the procedure. Im so tired of their brand of garbage

They tried to charge me for procedures that I didnt pay for. Overall I have had a poor experience with them. I would not recommend Western Dental at all.
