Spectacularly spotless dental clinic. I would recommend this facility to anyone; I mean I take my own child there golly. With the doctor, she is a very friendly person and extremely compassionate. In fact, the first time we took our daughter (she was but a year and half roughly) the doctor understood that she just may have not been ready for the dental treatment and scheduled it off for a bit. It was a plus for me privately to have a newly minted mother in the care of my child for her dental needs, who best (besides our daughter mother and I) would know how and what my child may be going through with the exam. Moreover, the staff is great, very friendly at the reception and then the kindness continues with the dental technicians throughout the visit. I would not be nearly as pleased if I were to move or had to change dental providers for any reason. If a parent were to choose another pediatric dentist then it would be a shame because of the phenomenal experience we always have at Dr. Mais Clinic. A+++ - the place to go if you live anywhere near Vacaville , CA.

Take your child and your money somewhere else! I really think this dentist chose the wrong specialty. She doesnt care about children, she is all about the money! When she attempted to complete a treatment plan on our child, she rushed her through the oral sedation, and then performed work in order of profit, not in order of priority. This resulted in our child requiring a additional round of sedation and treatment (read more $). When I questioned this, she still attempted to charge us for the additional sedation. When I expressed my disappointment in this, I was told " We will assume that you will be seeking treatment elsewhere" without expressing any concern about our child. All she had to do was credit the sedation fee (which she charges $160 for), instead she pushed out my child. Real caring.

We hoped our almost 2 year old would become comfortable coming to the dentist and share a similar experience as I did as a child. Unfortunately, our first visit will be our last. We anticipated a lot of time and patience spent at the first visit to help our son be comfortable with the idea of being at the dentist and someone putting their hands and instruments in his mouth. This was not what we experienced. Although he sat on my lap, we were tilted back beyond what was needed, a bright light was shined in his eyes, and I was asked to hold his arms down. We were told, "in six months he will only remember that this didnt hurt." Im sorry, but I disagree and will be seeking care elsewhere.

Dr. Mai Tran has been treating my children for a year and half now. Her office is super kid friendly and fun. Her entire staff is incredibly cheerful and positive and make the anxiety of going to the dentist melt away. Dr. Mai personally answered a phone call at 10:30 pm on a Saturday night to help us with a tooth emergency, and I was blown away with her compassion and care for my child during her personal, family time. She even looked at pictures I sent to help determine next steps. Its so rare to find such extraordinary care and service these days, you will not be disappointed with Dr. Mai!

Clean and friendly. Second visit today. My toddler is not an easy patient- screamed and cried but the staff were able to calm him down. I felt totally comfortable with their methods and appreciated their skill and ability to comfort my son while still being able to perform cleaning and check up. Dr. Mai and the staff are professional, straight forward and sweet. It is worth noting again that the office and exam area was extremely neat and clean.

Dr. Mai and staff are amazing! My three kids all love her gentle kindness while being treated, and the movies and awesome toys dont hurt either! I think Dr.Mai is very proactive in treating and protecting baby and adult teeth. My son had a small cavity on a baby tooth next to an adult tooth, and I liked that she treated it BEFORE it became a major problem. See you in 6 months!!

My three year old loved this place. Exceptionally friendly and loving staff. Dr. Mai was wonderful. Excellent experience. She wanted to stay and was disappointed that she had to leave. Even asked to go back so she play with the magnetic wall.

Our recent visit, as with all our visits, was incredible. My 4 year old is on the Autism Spectrum and is very hyper and impulsive. Dr. Mai is so understanding and welcoming, which allows the appointments to be manageable and successful.
