I have only good things to say about the experiences Ive had at Palo Alto Advanced Dentists and the level of professionalism of the staff. I have never had to wait more than a couple of weeks to get an appointment, and the office is very helpful with its reminders. I have had particularly excellent experiences with Dr. Brandon Erickson, who has been the best dentist I have ever had. He is friendly, thoughtful, and thorough, and he clearly and carefully explains what he is doing with each procedure and what is treatment recommendations are. I fully recommend Dr. Erickson and Palo Alto Advanced Dentists to all of my friends who are looking for a new dentist.

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Hos staff years ago and thought they were great, professional and caring. My insurance then changed and I had a string of miserable dentists from SF to SJ. It was with great relief that my insurance changed back and I was able to begin seeing the staff at PA Advanced Dentists again! I do have dental work to be done (and no one likes that0 but at least I feel that my teeth will be fixed properly, with all the best materials and with a staff that seems to appreciate my teeth as much as I do! Thanks!!! I would highly recommend this office for all you dental needs.

I went in for a filling the week before thanksgiving and something was not right, I have been in every week since trying to get it fixed and I am still not able to chew(Jan 17th) on that side and they are still not sure what is wrong. They have been helpful in trying to figure out why I am in pain but havent been able to do so. I am frustrated because what started out as a basic cleaning turned into me having to pay them an arm and a leg to put me in pain...

I just went here for the first time and had a great experience. Dr. Trinh is extremely professional, friendly and thorough. They were able to take care of some extra work I needed done and did a great job of educating me during the whole process. The entire staff was also incredibly welcoming and kind. Really great folks here! Ill definitely be coming back, and would recommend this to place to friends.

Ive been going to Dr Hos practice for four years and have met pretty much his entire staff. They are incredibly friendly and even remember me by name. Everything from having cavities filled, xrays, cleanings and an emergency "I need this fixed NOW!" which is actually how I met them. I now live in San Francisco but still come down to Palo Alto just for their services.

I am usually very afraid of dentists and came here to have a broken tooth examined. Dr. Chao was very understanding and caring, cheered me up and treated me professionally and without any pain (x-rays and filling). All other staff and Annie, the receptionist were also incredibly helpful and friendly. I will come here again, and highly recommend them to any patient.
