Staff was fine and service was ok. But they are just one of the money oriented dentists. I had some swelling near wisdom teeth. My husband went there for his routine check up and casually asked if they have any open slot for my check up. They said I can come and took my x-ray and gave me palliative clean up near wisdom tooth area. That day they said everything is taken care of in my insurance. Later they sent me a bill mentioning EMERGENCY palliative treatment and insurance wont cover it fully. I believe they should have told me this before giving me treatment. They had all my insurance details. Also, they never sent me x-rays, which they promised they would send through email. Never going to them again.

Doctor is nice, experienced and intelligent. But he indulges a little too much in clinic activities like billing, insurance etc. He asked me to get deep cleaning done. When I asked how much is it going to cost me......his answer was "Its covered by insurance once a year (or twice, I am not sure)". After procedure when we got a bill of $250 (for upper jaw or upper half jaw), he told that insurance covers but only 80%. Rest 20% is my liability.

The staff are always very professional and nice. They are very concerned about your well being while your siting on the chair and The Doctors explain everything thats going on. Is a pleasure going there. No Pain!!!
