I have been a regular to a dentist since the age of 4 and can recognize good dentists and a good clinic by the way they handle a situation and the way they treat you. Even though I live at a stones throw distance from Dream smile dental, I got to know about their exceptional skill only recently when my wife needed some dental work. The staff, Josh and Kristina, are very courteous and polite. they are knowledgeable about the treatment, insurance etc and not like the typical front-desk staff. I had a filling that had fallen off and that I had kept open for a long time as I had gotten it done in India and my previous dentist had moved to a place that was no longer convenient to me. Shouldnt have kept it open, but lesson learned. anyways, turned out that I needed a root canal. Dr. Dipali Dave did the initial analysis. She also gave me some additional suggestions. I love it when somebody can be realistic and work with your concerns rather than make it sound like a do or die situation. I also needed some cleaning work. Jay, the hygienist, did the cleaning and he did a great job as well. Dr. Kruti Desai did my root canal treatment. She is very skillful and confident and knows exactly what she is doing. Even though i have had a lot of dental experience, I loved the fact that all of them were gentle and often checking for any discomfort. I highly recommend Dream Smile Dental to individuals and families. You are in safe hands from the moment you set foot into the clinic.

this doctor did not get her dental eduation in the US she got it rather from India. I went to her in 2006 for a simple check up and she saw i had insurance and suddenly she became focused on the money. She convinced me that i had 4 or 5 cavities. she took a pin camera took a picture of the smallest black dot and blew it up on the screen and made it seem worst. for no reason she touched 4 of my teeth and to this day i have problem with all of those 4 teeth. i went back to her after few days because i had swollen mouth she re opened them, still problem did not go away. i went back to her she reopened them again still unresolved. then she referred me to a specialist, specialist said it was not done correctly and i need root canal in all of them she had cracked my teeth. to this day i have problem with all those 4 and I should have sued her back then. I have suffered non stop ever since. I had very healthy teeth before i visited her office. just because I had insurance she had to fill the coverage and charge me $400 on top of that. she is not a dentist as her passion rather just for the money. every time I have problem with those teeth over and over again i get upset at her. i regret visiting her ever.

UPDATE **** FEB 17, 2016 ***** Dr. Dave is my Dentist, which makes her the "official" smile creator for the Cosmic Cafe Show (#CCSlive) and besides being the BEST Dentist Ive ever had, she has enough room to add you as one of her clients! So, if you live in the East Bay, you need to go see Dr. Dave.... Especially if you fear your current Dentist! :-) ~ Eric - - - - - - - - - - Dr. Dave and her entire staff are really great. Ive always disliked going to the Dentist, starting back to when I was a child. I dont like it, I dont wanna go! But, luckily Ive found Dr. Dave, and she does a really good job putting my stress and anxiety to rest with her gentle ways. Thanks again Dr. Dave! ~ Eric :-)

I cannot believe this clinic got only 1 star rating? I and my family has the best exprience so far with this doctor and her clinic.I have been coming to this clinic just after it opened and I dont think I will go to another dentist in the area for my dental needs. The doctor, Dipali Dave is very efficient, prompt and very deligent in her work as a dentist. Her staff is very polite and very prompt to offer best service to your dental appointments. The clinic is very clean, all the equipments are very modern, your dental pictures are in computers, easy to see and pt chairs are very comfortable. I would give this clinic a 5 star rating. thankyou.

My family (of 4) has been going to Dream Smile Dental for 6+ years now. Dr. Deepali and the staff are very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and does a great job on our teeth. The staff accommodates appointments, explains insurance charges and provides tips on dental care. I havent seen such care in any other dental offices I had been to. My 6 year old daughter was afraid of needles, was avoiding dentists, and she was very quiet when she had a filling for cavity at Dream Smile dental. Dr. Deepali is very diligent, attentive, thorough and provides great care without pain for kids. My kids now love to go to Dr. Deepalis office every six months.

Dream Smile Dental is the BEST dental office I have ever been to in the last 20 years I have lived in the Bay Area. I have been using their services for many years now and I dont mind the 25 mile drive to their office. They have the most courteous staff that offers exceptional service. They accommodate my requests for specific timings of appointments and make my children feel comfortable any time they visit the office. In fact, this office has seen my children grow out of their baby teeth into braces, and now into teenagers with beautiful teeth. Keep it going Dream Smile Team!

I have been to many dentists before visiting dream smile dental. I think my search for finding a good dentist have come to an end. They are very professional and they know what they are doing. There clinics are clean and equipped with latest equipment. Doctors and support staff are very friendly. I was very much satisfied with the work done and will definately refer my friends and relatives to them. I got my regular cleaning fillings and root canal done and did not even felt a pinch. I started going to Dream Smile Dental for my invisalign several years ago, and I have been one of the patients ever since. They are pretty booked, but always extremely flexible when I need to come in. I have quite a bit of dental work to be done, so not going over the annual insurance coverage limit has been a challenge. They are always helpful looking into my insurance situation. My office has moved to the Peninsula, so it is quite a distance to drive to Union City, but I continue to be seen by Dr. Dave because I am very happy!

We love Dream Smile! My entire family along with many other extended family members and friends are patients at Dream Smile. I would refer everyone there if I could. My children started going when they were just toddlers, now 12 and 13, and the security they felt when there was amazing. They have never been afraid to go to Dream Smile which surprises me because as I young child I hated going to the dentist. The staff is warm and welcoming and the service they provide is top notch!
