Ive been going to this practice since I was 7 years old (Thats 28 years as of this review.) When I heard Dr. Scoles would be taking over the practice from the guy I had basically known all my life I was apprehensive. It took about 5 minutes to realize how fortunate I was to get Dr. Scoles as my new dentist. He’s an excellent, upbeat communicator who speaks with the visceral understanding of only someone who has truly mastered their craft can. The quality of the practice is of the highest level from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. Dr. Scoles inclination to use the best available technology and the artfulness with which he applies it makes for a pleasant visit every time, even if the circumstances of that visit give it no right to be. I have never been upsold on any dental work. My consultations have unwaveringly revolved around what is best for the long term health of my teeth even when that means no dental work should be performed at this time. Simply put - I cant recommend Dr. Scoles enough, he and his staff are fantastic.

I never understood why people were "afraid of going to the dentist" until I went outside this practice. I grew up with Dr. Mitchell as my dentist then Dr. Scoles when he took over the practice, and going to the dentist was always a positive experience for me. That positive experience continues for me 30 years later, minus a few visits to sub-par dentists. Not only was working with this group important for my outlook when it comes to going to the dentist, but they gave me the fundamentals early for healthy dental care for which I will be forever grateful. Everyone is so kind in the office from the front desk who know everyones name to the hygienists to Dr. Scoles and his associates. And you gotta love going to a family practice as opposed to the "dentist in a box" offices popping up everywhere who seem to be out for your insurance money. This group is much more integrity and treats you like a human being. I will never make the mistake of going outside this practice again, they are the BEST!

The best dental care I have had in my lifetime! Doctor Scoles is personal and professional and explains what he will be doing and why. I actually have no anxiety about receiving dental procedures as I had in the past. From cleaning, small fillings, root canals and posts, I literally have never experienced any pain from the numbing injection through the whole procedure! I love that most often a crown can be made in his office! His staff is always friendly and welcoming Overlooking the creek through the procedure, you will have the opportunity of seeing an eagle, ducks with babies, geese, raccoons or squirrels! I cant say enough about Doctor Scoles practice. You are even a presented with a flower upon leaving his office!

Dr. Scoles is a very talented and inventive dentist. As a grandson of a dentist, I have high standards. Dr. Scoles is very confident, but also conservative. He does not perform unneeded work until a particular condition or issue requires action. Dr. Scoles has made several night guards for me and I have destroyed a couple of them. Those that have prematurely worn out have been replaced at a reasonable cost. The dental hygiene staff are simply wonderful, kind, and gentle. I have not been lectured, too much, about flossing or brushing, just nudged to ease up on the pressure on the tooth brush. In short, I give Dr. Scoles and the entire staff my highest recommendation. I recommend this practice to anyone needed dental care.

I have had Dr. Scoles as a dentist for five years now. The overall office experience has been incredible. Everyone there has been superb to deal with. The office is really nice and all the chairs overlook the river...very peaceful. I havent had any major dental work done there, but all of the dental tools are top notch. They have all the digital stuff there, as well as machines to grind teeth and crowns. I have been delighted to go there over the years as my previous dental experience with my last dentist wasnt that great. Ask for the Augmented Persian Deluxe package and get a free steak with you next cleaning!

I have been taking my family to Dr.Scoles for several years with excellent results - we live in Kirkland, but the quality of care and personal attention keeps us coming back year after year. Dr. Scoles and his staff keep up to date on the latest dental technology and techniques, which is very important to me. The staff also caters well to my young children and makes them feel comfortable and at ease . My neighborhood is peppered with corporate and chain dental practices, but I much prefer the personal and family-oriented care we receive from Dr. Scoles.
