Dr. Oleg and the staff are amazing here, literally stop looking for any other dentist! This is more than a place centered on business, its first and foremost a business with a heartbeat because it places the patient as the priority at every interaction. Here are all of the wonderful ways they do this: -Appointment times and flexibility--they work to make sure appointments are integrated into your life, not interrupting it. Billing has never been confusing or odd because they always carve out time to help you understand the most strategic route with your insurance. -Attentiveness: From the care they take to schedule my appointments, to greeting me, taking the time to explain my dental work and educate me, to the actual artistry they put into their work, they always go above and beyond! -Follow up: Dr. Oleg always gives a follow up call to ensure that post-appointment/procedure, that I am comfortable, and that all of my questions are answered. A specific call out for cleanings: I would suggest booking cleanings and perio treatments with Drew. Her knowledge is deep, and her work ethic is driven from such a unique place. I never understood how ethically-based the dentistry business is: certain procedures will not bring in money, however, medically they are a necessity. Ive had a lot of cleanings performed here, more than I ever have with dentists past. I dont, for a second, believe this is because they are giving me unnecessary cleanings, I believe it highlights their attention (and the lack of my dentists in years past) to detail and holistic understanding that if the mouth is healthy, YOU are healthy. This is one of the main reasons I love Drew--she helps me understand what I dont know, so I can be informed and on top of my dental health and make informed decisions.

Dr. Oleg Shvartsur is a wonderful dentist and has an excellent staff to match! I have been his patient for many years. I came to him with all kinds of problems including Burning Mouth Syndrome, a severe overbite causing nerve damage, acid erosion and breakdown of my teeth etc. Dr. Oleg took the time to research and confer with other professionals several times about my conditions and came up with several treatment plan options for me. Dr. Oleg referred me to a specialist in Seattle regarding Burning Mouth Syndrome. What a relief that Dr. Oleg acknowledged this is a real condition and helped me with it! Many others have not. Dr. Oleg was very concerned about my teeth erosion and suggested I may have Silent Acid Reflux. He told me to see a gastroenterologist about it and it turns out he was absolutely correct. Dr. Oleg treated "the whole person" and not just one symptom. Dr. Oleg does excellent work and provides painless treatment. He and his assistants are always so concerned to make sure you are comfortable and feeling ok during procedures. I have had many crowns prepared by him and they are very good quality and look and feel great. I believe he uses an excellent dental lab/labs. I have never known a dentist or physician who takes such a genuine interest in their patients well being and is so sincerely concerned. He calls his patients later in the day after procedures to check how they are feeling and even gives his cell phone number in case you have a concern. The whole office staff there is so friendly and genuine and nice. They feel like family. Dr. Oleg is a true professional in every sense of the word!

Five star service from the minute you walk through the door! The front office is warm and inviting and the staff are exceptional from the front to the back office. They made sure that I had everything that I needed to be comfortable during my treatment including a noise cancelling headphones, tv, a warm blanket, paraffin hand treatment and a warm towel afterwards. Dr. Young took her time explaining all the treatment that I needed, showing me photos and x-rays and answering all my questions. She made sure that I didnt feel overwhelmed and gave me multiple treatment options that would work with my time and budget. When it came time to get some fillings done, I was really nervous about getting numb and the entire injection process. Dr. Young did everything she could to make me comfortable and I didnt feel a thing! That was a first!! She even called me that night to make sure everything was feeling alright, who does that?! Couldnt recommend this office enough, amazing service and people!

My first experience at this office was when I came to check it out for the grand opening party. I was able to get a tour, ask questions and meet the staff. During the grand opening party the entire staff made themselves available to answer questions and show you around. Since then I have become a patient and the staff is just as nice as they were the first day I met them. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and made to feel very welcome. Dr. Oleg is an excellent dentist. He is patient, welcoming and makes you feel at ease when you are sitting in the chair. It helps that you can have a pillow and blanket all while having your hands wrapped in paraffin wax. Dr. Oleg does a great job clearly explaining your dental health using “normal people language”. He explains your options and does not try to push or sell you treatment. This is something very important for me because I do not have dental insurance. The office is easy to find and has lots of parking.

Dr. Oleg & Dr. Nikole Shvartsur and their amazing team have earned our trust for our entire family. Using 3D imaging Dr. Oleg found a problem with a 15 year old root canal that had been causing my wife to be ill and quick to get fevers, had that continued it would not have ended well. There were no signs of infection and no one could find the primary source until Dr. Oleg recommended the 3D images to check the root canal and found foreign material left in the canal. We are so pleased to have moved to Issaquah almost five years ago and found incredible dental care. Through his attention to detail and always caring for his patients, he was able to discover the problem and has now fixed my wifes health issues. Dental care is so important and we are so glad we found the best dentist around. I am so grateful for all the wonderful people at Dr. Oleg & Nikole Shvartsurs office. I recently switched to Dr. Oleg and Dr. Youngs dental office. The office staff made my transition very easy and could answer all of my insurance questions. Both Dr. Oleg and Dr. Young are very friendly, caring, and genuine people. Each time I have gone into their office I have enjoyed the conversations I have with them and the dental hygienists, they make you feel very comfortable. Growing up, I had lots of cavities filled so I was not surprised when Dr. Oleg told me I had two more. I always dread fillings and I even rescheduled my appointment a few times. After getting them filled I could not believe how quick and painless it was. It was the best experience I had ever had with getting a cavity filled. Dr. Oleg even called me that evening to make sure I was feeling okay. I would recommend Dr. Oleg and Dr. Young to anyone looking for an awesome dental experience!
