I am taking a moment to share my extraordinary experience at Sunrise dental. I have always been a person who disliked going to the dentist, and who was extremely uncomfortable when ever walking inside of an office. At Sunrise dental it was a completely different experience. The office space is very relaxing and each and every staff member is there to make the process as easy and painless as possible. Dr. Sidhu is a master of his craft, both in knowledge and in practice. Not only did I know the detail of each procedure so I could feel comfortable with what is going on during the process, but he also took the time to explain the reason behind every piece of work performed. The office has many pieces of great technology including a scanner that showed me my entire jaw in much more detail then an x-ray. Dr Sidhu took the time to sit with me and show me what needed to be done and why. It also helped me understand the potential for future issues that may arise if they were not corrected. Each time I had work done, I always left the office satisfied. I never felt any pain or discomfort during any procedures. The dentists made me feel relaxed and confident that I would not have any issues, and I did not. I never felt rushed and always felt like incredible care was given to me. They worked with my insurance, and always explained all procedures financially. A great staff that contributed to my wonderful experience.

Dr. Sidhu is the most unprofessional, rudest, coldest dentist I have ever had the misfortune of working with. I went in for a consultation for a dental implant. I was kept waiting and did not actually meet him until an hour after my appointment time. Although he apologized for the wait, he seemed very aggravated and rushed. He instantly made me very uncomfortable. I asked him about a stay plate and he was very short about it. In a one-sentence answer, he simply said that it would make things worse for the surrounding teeth. When I asked him to elaborate on his reasoning, he actually gave an example of me being DRUNK and how I would have to be supported on both sides to walk. I was shocked at the inappropriateness of his answer. Are you kidding me?! What kind of dentist would use an example like that? I knew from that moment that I wanted nothing more to do with him or the practice. I rightfully told him that I thought he was being rude which escalated the situation. He was then very dismissive and motioned for the assistant to go over the costs with me, without at all explaining the process of dental implantation. I left right away and needless to say, I will be seeking a dental implant elsewhere. I cant believe how poorly he treated me and I have no idea how he maintains a clientele. I would NOT recommend Dr. Sidhu to anyone!!

I went here to get dental implants for my third molars. I drove 2 and a half hours, and was given a standard dental exam, and pictures were taken. I talked extensively about my history and the teeth I wanted to replace, the nurse was very unsupportive about getting me the custom crowns I wanted.Obviously it is very easy to take a mold of a tooth and as far as I know the lab does it when you send in the mold. So should be no problem there, I dont think she knew what she was talking about, as it specifically says "custom" crowns. Dr. Singh there (who I liked) told me I would be able to receive implants no problem. He supported me and said "everyone deserves" there teeth. But I waited a week, and called and emailed and called. And Received no reply. Eventually (1 week) I just asked for my records, for the x-rays. They were cat scans, but they wanted to charge me $360 for them on a cd. Eventually I just gave up on the x-rays/catscans and decided to get a local dentist since there are actually better deals out there. Plus I really am used to getting a cleaning when someone pokes at my gums, and it kind of bugged me.

BEWARE: Avoid Sunrise Dental Issaquah if you want to be well! They cause me pain, miss root canal, caused inflammation, so I have to stay several weeks on antibiotics. 1. When I called, they lie to me that they have root canal specialist, so I came for the treatment 2. Dental assistant make around 15+ x-rays for 1 tooth root canal,+ 1 panoramic x-ray - because of the not well not trained staff, she couldnt take it the right way from the 1st time 3. Contrive at the same time to seal only half of the one root canal 4. Doctor completely missed root № 4 5. After this "root canal treatment" by "root canal specialist", I have drainage coming out of my nose ( "root canal specialist" cause a damage) That throws me into pain and I have to take antibiotics 6. After all of this they wanted me to come back to the same "great root canal specialist" , so they can charge/squeeze more money and cause me more medical problems and pain. Would you come back to Sunrise Dental Issaquah to "great root canal specialist" to fix the problem? Or you will go to real root canal specialist?

I had a great experience with the staff and doctor here. I came in to ask a few questions and to also get a quote and ended up getting started on my tooth within a few days. It was in very bad shape and I had an infection going up to my ear, I knew I had to do something fast. I thought for sure I was going to have to get the tooth extracted and get an implant put in since the tooth was broken almost all the way down. But the doc reassured me that he could save the tooth and do a root canal and crown. Which definitely fit into my budget a lot better. Im currently unemployed and uninsured but they took me in without a problem and worked out a payment plan with me. Im very pleased with the staff and the service. Its been several weeks and everything is great. (Side note: I had 3 other consultations for this tooth and every one of them said I would need to get an implant which would have been triple the dollar amount of a root canal and crown. So I greatly appreciate Dr. Sidhus honesty and his willingness to save my tooth.)

Dr. Sidhu is a very intelligent and experienced surgeon. I had a very rare case of wisdom tooth extraction because the way it was positioned and because of my age (34 yrs). Even before I met Dr. Sidhu, my wisdom tooth was not only impacted but was infected to an extent that that the infection had spread on my throat, ears and cheeks. Overall my case was very critical and complicated. I am fortunate that someone recommended Dr Sidhu. Only he could have done my surgery with success and great results. His clinic has all the necessary machines and equipments which is very important during surgeries so that the dentist can continuously monitor the X-rays and progress. Besides this, he makes a point to follow up with his patients till the time they are completely recovered. I would recommend Dr Sidu and his staff for his expertise, Knowledge, technical competency/advantage and a great plan of follow up. I hope it helps everyone who are having issues and are seeking for a safe and reliable help!
